Y/N's POV.

My eyes were squinting and I woke up AGAIN in A friggin hospital. Wasn't last time already enough. And how come I didn't die. I really have nothing to live for when I don't have any family. Wait I can't complain, Itadori has no family and he is striving perfectly in his circumstances.

My head hurts so bad I'm not even sure why.

Meanwhile, I look next to me to see Megumi getting retrained again. Even the chains were struggling to keep him intact so they added a lock. Even the Nurses was from a far distance away. At this point I was getting pissed off hearing chains disturbing my sleep. Even I heard a nurse scream earlier whilst I was sleeping. I guess that's where I got the splitting headache from.

"OH MY DAYS CAN YOU JUST STAY RESTRAINED IN PEACE? BRO I WAS TRYING TO SLEEP."

His face looked pissed off when I said that. It's not really my problem. There was a note next to his bed it said something a bit funny.

"WARNING: This patient was restrained because they almost killed a nurse and injured one that they both needed to be in the hospital that they were working in."

That last part killed me and I was actually crying of laughter and pain because of that damn headaches. The fact they were both in ICU (Intensive Care Unit) because of a patient they were supposed to treat. Nah this is another level. I manifested a arrow and stabbed it in his shoulder. It looked like he was in more pain. He started moving his legs around even more.

"This is for not letting me die properly. And this is for being a bad parent to your son." The way her eyes decided to roll to the back of her son's head.

"Stop pretending your not funny." She easily took the arms and legs out of the chains and pulled the arrow. Out of his arm. She Chuckled and then got a resting face.

"You don't know how easy it was to manipulate him. The way that he agreed to let me free without knowing what it means." Her grin was making me genuinely wanting from putting an arrow through his eyes. I can't imagine how clingy she was towards Megumi. Well she was short lived for her to even be there.

"Well can you please get out of Megumi's body before you get unsolicited acupuncture and look like a Porcupine."

"Not like it will cause any internal injuries for me. But it will for your friend."

Nah this lady is too evil and correct. So how to make a psychopath leave someone's body. I picked up my phone clicked Makki's number and it started ringing. At this point she felt scared while I was trying to call Makki because she was trying to get my phone off me then she picked up.

"You're finally awake." I could sense a bit of excitement in her voice.

"Do you know what's so funny."

"What is?"

"Megumi's mom posse-" she muffled my mouth and ended the call.

Makki's Pov.

Dammit that dumbass got herself in trouble. I'll have to ask Gojo to drive the car very fast all the way there and tell him along the way what happened over the phone. As soon I finished in a few seconds of explaining it Gojo pressed the throttle even harder and his glasses pressed down to the bridge of his nose.

"That's bastard's back in town. I thought she died years ago?"

"Well that's what we all thought. Well she hasn't finished her job on this earth has she?"

Just then I saw someone in the back that wasn't supposed to be there and had chloroform damped tissues. I pulled mine away and pulled them over to the passenger seat and forced the two. The car swerved for a bit but we went back on track. I took off the mask. Wait Miyabi?! I KNOW THIS. THIS IS A SET UP FOR THE ACTUAL...

???? POV

They were pissing me off the whole time. How dare they visit my half sister without me. That's so dumb what the hell. The DS in my pocket was making noise. I tried to turn it off but I had no time left. I pulled all three of them from the front two seats to the back seats. The car was going even crazier but I kept it driving properly.

The police/cops were flashing their lights to make me pull over. But I just went faster. And to be honest this isn't my first police chase so I know what I'm doing. That's why I brought my best friend with me.

"Isn't that right Miyabi?"

"Did I really have to pretend for that long to be asleep?"

"I know you didn't pretend you were genuinely asleep."

She sighed and got her gun ready incase they started shooting which they did already. Then the navigator decided to start talking.

"Take the first left."

I drifted the car a sharp left and a few cars crashed into eachother. Miyabi was still shooting in the direction where there were more cars coming. I got her a refill then the navigator said.

"Take the next right."

Then the car drifted right with Miyabi obtaining 2 headshots. It was as cool as it sounded. Since this part was clear road I stepped on it real quick. I could see the hospital from a bit of a distance away. Miyabi got injured in her shoulder and took the bullet out and wrapped a bandage around her shoulder and we had to switch jobs. There weren't many police cars left and they probably started calling for backup.

"Take another right and a left and you have reached your destination."

That was the most cleanest left and right I have ever seen that even more cars crashed and we couldn't see anymore officers.

At this point Makki and Gojo were awake and tied up. They got out of the tied up situation and left the car quickly to go check on Y/N. I helped Miyabi out of the car and was trying to catch up with them.
