The paramedic leads you too a room where Charles is put on to a bed and examined. You sit next to him still holding his hand in shock. You hear running down the corridor and Arthur walks in. "Is he ok" you look up to him "I'm not sure" the doctor walks in. "Are you his family" "yes sir" "it seems he has a severe concussion and a broken tibia" "oh lord" you look over to Arthur who seems shocked. "I'll leave you two with him for a bit" "thank you" you turn to Arthur "I don't care what your doing but I'm staying here until he is better" "ok then so will I" "can you go home and get us some clothes, toiletries, phone chargers and electronics" "on it boss" Arthur walks out of the room and heads back to the apartment. Meanwhile your left alone with Charles. You kiss his hand gently, "please Charles, I'm so sorry, this was about me storming off if I hadn't you would have been focused and not have crashed,come on Charles listen to me!" you sob. The doctor walks in "Miss Leclerc" "oh just call me y/n" "ok y/n we need to take Charles for an X-ray, you can come with us but you will have to wait outside the room" "ok, I'll come thank you" you walk next to Charles until you reach the X-ray room, you sit on a chair outside waiting for him to come out. The door opens and you stand up, "ok that's his X-ray done, just to let you know he may be unresponsive for a few hours his body needs time to process what's going on" "ok that's fine" you walk down the corridor and are greeted by Arthur in Charles's room with a massive bag of clothes."jeez Arth how much did you bring!" You laugh. "Well I didn't know how long we would be here" Later that day you go to the canteen to get some food and bump into Luisa. "Y/n how is he.." she hugs you, "he's ok" you urge a smile "that's good then" she smiles back. "Can you see if Lando and Pierre can come and see him, I think he would like that" "yeah of course y/n I'll see what I can do" you walk over to get some food and pick up three sandwiches and some drinks. You pay and walk back to Charles's room to see Arthur flat out in a chair, you smile and place the sandwiches on the bedside table. You lay down on the sofa and try to get some sleep. "Y/n.." you hear someone croak "Arthur?" You whisper "y/n.." you get up and walk over to Charles "Charles?" He lifts his hand and grabs yours. "Be careful we don't need you to be hurt more do we" you say in relief, "stay with me" he mutters "of course I will" you smile. The next morning you wake up with your head rested on Charles's hospital bed still gripping his hand. You check the time and wake Arthur up. "Arthur wake up!" You shake him, "I'm up I'm up!" "Wow Arthur you actually picked me a decent outfit!" You laugh "I do know how to dress you y/n" yours eyes widen and you laugh "shit that sounded really s*xual didn't it" "mhm" someone groans.
