Madam Sylvia is taking so long...
Emma silently complained when she noticed that her trusted maid had gone for too long. She needs to finish preparing eveything before her husband's friends arrives.
She shook her head and continued chopping the toppings for the finishing touches of her cookings.
However, she failed to notice someone walking behind towards her. She was too preoccupied on making everything settled before Suguru and Ieri arrived that she overlooked the pair of strong arms trapping her against the counter.
Emma's eyes widened in shocked when she saw a pair of arms leaning on the counter, as if trapping her. The young woman was unable to move a muscle as she felt her breathing ragged. His presence is strong that it incapacitate her thoroughly.
'W-what is he doing...?!'
'What's up?! What made him do this?!'
'T-this is making me uncomfortable...!'
Her eyes were wide but she never made a face of retaliation. She never reacted nor spoke. She was just frozen in place, afraid to even lift a muscle. Her heart was racing like crazy, she's too scared to say a thing, thinking she might messed up.
Feeling Gojo's warmth so close is something she never dreamed or expected. This gesture is so out of the blue and not so Gojo-like. She was beyond disbelief.
"There's something I'd like to remind you." But the tone of his voice were too cold yet ardent with mysterious emotions. She felt ungodly shivers down her spine.
She can't pinpoint whether if its about fear, nervousness or hate. Her emotions were all over the place at all once. Emma was unable to think straight at this point.
"W-what do you think you're doing?" Emma tried her best to sound feisty as much as possible, but her trembling voice was far from it.
Gojo may not see her face but he can read her emotions through her tone and movements. He can smell the freshly scent of mid-summer with her natural scent as a woman coming from her. Even her shampoo were too enticing.
He somehow...find this amusing.
"I only give one chances but there will be no seconds. Don't come to my room ever again or do things for me." His voice sounds so sultry despite his threats, the way he spoke made her legs go weak. "Don't fuel my hate for you even more, Emma."
Badump.
The way he emphasized her name on his mouth sounds so perfect. Emma didn't understand the strange sensation swirling deep within her chest. It feels weird and she absolutely hate it. So foreign yet so familiar.
"Tch. You think I was pleased on what I did— eep!"
She almost yelped so loudly when Gojo pressed his body slightly causing her to involuntarily lean in on the counter. Their intimate position made her lost her cool. She doesn't want to show her vulnerable side to him. Emma hates it when her weakness is exposed.
"Don't talk back. I'm the boss, here." He growled lowly making Emma bit her lower lip. "You may be carrying my name but you don't have the power to oppose me regardless."
'Damn it. That power differences and standards are the things I hated the most.'
But she never voiced her thoughts out. Emma doesn't want to make Gojo snapped at her in times like this.
"Y-you're too close. Get away from me—h-hey!"
"Didn't I told you not to talk back to me?" Gojo glared at her, but in all honesty he just wanted to see her reactions.
