The rustling noise of a shopping bag made me shoot up from bed to only find my head pain like a needle being injected. I winced in pain as I clicked my tongue in annoyance. Just then, the person who was standing all still staring at me all shocked and worried made me pull the bed covers all the way to my face and hide under them. It was then I realised I was in hospital. It was the worst place in hell. I hated hospitals so bad that it always gave me panic attacks and social anxiety. Because of my illnesses, I was a constant person to always go to hospital and be hospitalised for something. But right now, I was pretty much heating up from head to toe to the sight of this one particular person.

"Kei, are you alright? Hey, pull the covers off your face. Do you know who I am? Come on, you got hit pretty badly on the head. Answer me!" His voice had a lot of worry and concern over me that he tried to pull the covers off my face, to which I held them tight.

"Who could forget your face and voice? You're Mr. Nicholas Copernicus!" I suddenly removed the covers and looked all pissed off. Mainly irritated by the fact I was brought to hospital for this.

"I don't forget people just to a basketball being hit on my head. Who the asshole even hit me?! I need to take revenge!" I threw the covers and rolled up my hoodie sleeves to dash out when Nico held my arm and stopped me.

"Nuh huh! You aren't going anywhere! You had a concussion. It's a mild one but, you were asleep till," he paused to check his digital wrist watch and continued, "3:32pm, which means school is over and you have to wait till you get your medical test results." He sounded so serious that all I could do was blink and stare at him.

For once, I realised he knew so much about medical stuff. How was he this smart? Was he like this before too? Well, he was a bookworm and was always in the library back in My previous school. Plus, he was the talk of the whole school forum to be the one and only genius. The highest scorer would always be Nico. He wasn't in my year. I was a junior and he was a senior. I always had this urge to pass his scores, but I could never do so. And, here he was surprising me with all this new attitude.
