Yoooo! It's been a while lol... time for updates!
First of all, school has been a lot. I have dreams of attending a neat university and who knew it would cost so much, im not low income and because of that, I've been missing on a lot of opportunities since a lot of them are only offered to people of lower income. (Maybe one of the only times I truly wished I was poor...)
Also academically speaking, I failed my AP exams this year for human geography. Pretty sad, but it's not truly going to affect since it was mostly for college credit. Although I really wanted that AP school award, could've earned it if I got at least a 4.
This year's been pretty eugh. Most of my updates are all school related, I have to go to school later right before school starts next week so I can get my schedule sorted out. Being part of both the school's student council and being in the French course is not common, and is something that should be fixed to say the least. It's really been stressing me out, especially since I have harder classes this year. I skipped a year of math so instead of algebra II I have pre-calculus honors. Already going to be really scary since I don't really meet the requirements to skip but it was kinda just luck and a bit of begging that got me there.
I acknowledge that I have to keep my grades right and tight this year. If I don't have straight A's, my class rank will be worse or stay the same. Out of 410 students of the same year, I landed rank 75, which is not really good. I want to land up to at least the top 50 or even top 10 so I can maybe have higher chances of being acknowledged later on. I had a goal of becoming valedictorian, but it won't be possible anymore since I ended the year with a B in biology. Already no valedictorian haha.
Personally, kids, don't fall in love. Please. If you have such dreams for success, I want you to know that it's not worth it, especially if that person has the same dreams of university as you. Because you both will be focusing on your studies, it will fall apart eventually. In my experience, that person never loved me back anyways. I still have his ID in my bag, I'll give it to him when the year starts, since he was stupid enough to leave it haha. The real love of my life, is school.
Also, there is pretty much more, but it's a tad bit too personal. I hope that maybe I can write more ambitious stories. For me, writing poems is what de-stresses me so much. Take care, oh and i draw furries hahaha!! Until maybe next time!!~
