"onii-San, what language are they speaking?"

me and hanako were walking to town to sell some coal and we stumbled upon a person. They were looking at us with an unreadable expression. They were looking around as if they didn't know this area, So me and hanako walked up to talk to them to see if they were ok. However it turns out that the mysterious person can't speak or understand Japanese, no wonder they looked lost. Could they have been living in a different country?

'Let's introduce ourselves first'  I pointed to myself and said "Kamado Tanjiro" I then pointed at my little sister " Kamado Hanako". They didn't give a reaction but then they pointed to themselves and said " [name] [last name]"

'Eh? why are they wearing a mask? Do they need to hide their face? Or some medical issue?....maybe I shouldn't ask about it'

'Was I supposed to say my last name first? Nah it's probably fine- DID THEY JUST SAY KAMADO TANJIRO- no they probably just have the same name and appearance right? I'm not in kimetsu no yaiba, no that's impossible' I looked up from the ground and looked up at 'tanjiro' 

'Yeah don't overthink it, it's not the tanjiro it's just a random person that happens to have the same name, appearance, sibling, environment- and I'm contradicting myself.'

I was pulled out of my thoughts when tanjiro walked over to me and grabbed my hand and said "do you need help?"
"Uhhh"
'I still don't know what this guy is saying' I thought as bead of sweat came down my forehead.

I put my free hand up and pointed to my mouth—which was behind my mask—then I shook my head while pointing to him. I think he got the message since he nodded his head and smiled in an understanding way.

He pointed to the path forward and we started walking. I didn't know where we were going but I knew I could trust tanjiro; he is literally the definition of the words✨absolute sunshine✨....and one of the people I claimed as my husband ehe~

As we were walking I spotted the cliff where tanjiro and Nezuko met giyuu. 'where are we in the story? Wait a minute-ARE ME AND TANJIRO HOLDING HANDS!?'

Soon after we reached town. Tanjiro did a bunch of hand movements 'What is he doing? Is he trying to tell me something? Is it some weird shadow clone jutsu? Sign language?...no idea haha'

Tanjiro pointed to the town, then at the coal in the bag he had on his back, then at himself, then at me, then at the path we just walked and created a box with his hands.

' and~ it's definitely shadow clone jutsu'  I internally deadpanned '...I'll just follow him I guess' I gave him a thumbs up and we started walking.

We finished selling the coal but throughout the process tanjiro kept asking people things and then pointing to me. 'Was he trying to see if anyone knew me?...yeah that's not going to happen lol, thanks for trying though'

Tanjiro and hanako said goodbye to the people in town and headed back up the path that the siblings found me. We reached a cozy looking house that smelled like someone was cooking. Tanjiro pulled me along, still hand in hand with me and his sister by his side into the house. Everyone that was in the room that we walked into stopped what they were doing and ran up to tanjiro and hanako, giving them a big hug.
