𝓗ugging his kumamon plushie close to his chest, Yoongi stared out of the window with his eyes fixated on the clatter of rainfall against the glass. The man beside him paused and gently chuckled, placing the paper he was holding onto the side cabinet. "What are you thinking about, Yoongi?" He asked quietly and watched the younger's head turn towards him.

"Nothing much, Haneul. How are the adjustments coming along?" Yoongi reluctantly placed down his massive plushie and faced the older man. "I'm thinking they're done now." Haneul said softly, leaning over and snatching the paper into his hands again.

The demon shuffled closer and shared the piece of paper with the human. "This'll all happen after the coronation tomorrow. Well, that's what we're hoping." Haneul sighed in frustration, keeping his elbow on his knee and leaning his chin against his hand. "Who knows, with what you told me about Doyun's plan. If he wants you to near enough sabotage supernaturals, the revenge plot is much bigger."

Yoongi nodded his head gently, gulping the lump of anxiety hidden in his throat. "We only have today to finalise this, it has to be good enough for your coronation." The younger pressed his lips into a thin line and voiced a certain suspicion in his head. "You don't think they'll use me against Jimin and Jungkook, do you?"

Haneul bit his lip, his eyes diverting off to his closet. He slowly nodded his head and quickly responded to the concern. "It's a big possibility. Though, I won't leave your side today. Minhyun won't come near you, I promise." Yoongi smiled gently and hummed, allowing his hand to be grabbed by the older.

"Thank you, Haneul." The demon grinned back with clear respect. "No need, i'll help my people which you are apart of now. It's the least I can do when i'm the only one who knows about what happened yesterday." Yoongi shook his head, playing with the older's ring. "I'm glad about that." Haneul looked outside and noticed the rain had stopped.

The human followed his gaze before frowning and looking down at his covered wrist. He carefully pulled the cloth away, smoothing over the tracker bracelet. He hadn't told Haneul about it as he was too scared Minhyun would know if it was broken or snapped off. He wanted the man to be off his trail at least in something.

If he knew it was broken, it would be obvious that Yoongi told someone about the plan. A shiver racked down the man's spine and he was disgusted by the threat he was given. Knowing what happened back at his old apartment, it was obvious that Minhyun would assault him. The thought drove tears to spring in the human's eyes.

He was scared - that was obvious, the threat and the fact that he needed to worry about Doyun too. Both of them were towering over him in height and stature, he couldn't do anything in Doyun's chambers. The men would have no problem hurting him in some way. Yoongi sucked in a breath and Haneul noticed he was looking slightly scared.

He gently tugged the human's hand into his lap and stroked his thumb against the back of his hand. Yoongi snapped out of his nightmarish thoughts, looking over at a smiling Haneul. "Don't think about them. None of us will let anything like you're thinking about happen, alright? I won't allow that to happen." The younger breathed lightly, nodding his head curtly.

"I know...It's just s-scary. I'm so defenceless and weak..." Yoongi mumbled and Haneul couldn't argue at that statement. Minhyun and Doyun are powerful supernaturals, not only in strength. A human like him wouldn't have a chance against them but the demon doesn't like Yoongi wording it like that.

"You may be weak against them but you're emotionally strong, Yoongi. They're supernaturals and we are naturally stronger than humans but your determination and resolve..." Yoongi giggled lightly which caused the man to beam a little. "Believe in your strength, we'll protect you physically but you can fight against them."
