"Geuss today's going to be a slow one, huh?" A voice whispers to themselves, without a care for who heard them or not. He couldn't care less.

The calming winds beckoning those who have weary souls to rest, to relax for the simple afternoon ahead. Although for some reason, one soul couldn't be soothed. The cherry blossoms dancing in the gentle breeze as they break off, drifting in a graceful dance while the busy people around them seem to pay them no attention.

However, lingering high and above the city streets is a ruby red winged individual, patiently waiting and paying those petals the attention others seem to miss. His own wild and fluffy blonde hair whisking away in the breeze, his feathers following suit without a second thought. This individual is none other than the Pro Hero, the number two, Hawks.

One might be wondering why would the number two be doing hovering around and waiting for something to happen, well, everyone must have a break eventually. It's a simple as that.

Placing down that sweet caffeine like drink in his hand, Hawks stretches out his arms over his head. His large wings following, copying as they fan out gracefully. The wind beginning to pick up once more, almost like beckoning for him to come and fly for a while. However, it seems as someone has other plans as two individual appear out of nowhere-- like ghosts in broad daylight.

Hawks catches sight of them from the corner of his eye, a hum of curiosity escaping him as he turns on his heel. His body still perched on the edge of the rooftop, the endless skies surrounding the trio as they now come face to face.

"Well, well... this is quite unusual. Normally fans wouldn't be able to follow me all the way up here, I'm guessing you two must be some sort of super fans, am I right?" Hawks chuckles, almost like throwing a jape at the pair as their Pro hero outfits are as clear as day.

The outfits of normal non heroes seem to be lacking, especially as gadgets and gizmos linger of their outfits. The warm sunlight from above beaming down, sending some shimmering glints from a few metallic parts of their suits.

One individual, one that has a grey kangaroo like tail seems most offended by Hawk's judgement. An offended expressions as he turns to his partner beside him, a horrified look plastered on his face.

"You got to be bloody kidding me, right?" His scruffy and rugged voice scoffs, turning his attention back to Hawks. "Not even five seconds and you're already blowing wind up your ego by saying that Hawks. Besides, we're here for something else--"

"An autograph...?" Hawks semi smirks, hands stuffed into his coat's pockets. He couldn't help himself but to stir this familiar guy, his reactions are priceless on a slow day like this.

"Bloody oath not! Now, listen here you peacock--" Tempers suddenly flare.

"Bruce...!" His partner calls out, gently throwing his arm out in front of him, preventing this 'Bruce' fellow from going any further. He looks back towards her, his knitted expression softens in a heartbeat. "Please... we don't have time for this."

Something in her voice seems to snap Hawks out of his playful, yet stirring mood and instead realizes something hidden just beneath the surface. His curiosity look sharpens as he shifts his golden gaze between the pair before him.

"You're right... anyways..." Bruce pauses, relaxing his tense stance from before. His arms stuffed deep into his pockets of his jacket after shuffling his obsidian black hair around. "We need your help. Two of our Pro Heroes are missing. They won't answer their bloody comms and this isn't like them at all. They've been missing for days now."

"Well, why would you come to me? Surely there's other heroes closer to them besides me." Hawks mentions, the burning question of who exactly these pair could be. His gaze flashes over his shoulder and back to the city behind him, the glimmering windows of distance buildings almost blinding. "Just where did they go anyways, and who are they...?" The corner of his eye curiously flicks back to the pair before him.
