Everything has been good for the past few weeks. Elsa's health got worse which makes me even worried. I am scared that the following days she would leave my side, Even though, They said she has months to live. She has been bleeding alot, Having headache or expiriencing nausea. Her sister, Anna, Dosen't knows about her condition. We're heading back for her sister to tell the news.

"Jack.." Elsa said while looking up at me. We're at the private plane for now. We used the private plane for Elsa. The staff and the director knows her condition. Hopefully, Soon we will be able to tell them what's happening right now. But for now, Elsa needs to take a rest and take medications.

"Hmm?" I mumbled right next to her. She placed her head on my lap while she puts her feet on the window.

"Are you still going to marry me?" She said cutely. I can't resist her.

"Secret." I said smirking and looking away at her. She got up and indian sit on her seat and pouting like a child.

"Why? Is there something wrong with me? Am I not pretty anymore? Is it because I'm going to die and you're going t-" I kissed her.. Well, On the lips making her blush.

"I told you, You'll be the last person I'll love in this planet, No matter what." I kissed her forehead this time.

"T-Then why..." She said not finishing what she was going to say.

"Just wait.." I calmly said.

"What if-" She was cut off when I kneeled in front of her. I took out a velvet boy and placed it on my palm. opening it without any hesitations. I looked at her expression, She looked so shock and didn't expect this. She was frozen on her seat.

"I don't want to make things too fast Elsa, But will you accept my promise ring?" I asked. I didn't have to be nervous since she wanted US to be married.

"YESSS!!!" She said jumping in joy and hugging me.

"I love you.." I said between my smiles and laughs.

"I LOVE YOU TOO!" I have never seen this hyper side of Elsa. I want to spend this moment most of it. We were hugging but Elsa broke the heart. She was like catching her breath and holding her chest.

"Elsa?" I called her out while holding both of her shoulders.

"ELSA?!" I shouted once more but she was starting to close her eyelids.

We're at the destination. Elsa was still not awake. She was still laying on the bed. We called the ambulance. The next thing I knew, They were on their way to the emergency room. I have to wait since I'm not allowed inside there.

Hours that seemed like days had passed. I called Anna using Elsa's phone.

[Elsa?! You called! I missed you so much!]

[Uhmm, It's Jack..]

[Oh Jack.. How's my sister?]

[Acctually, She's in the hospital right now..]

[What?! Why?!]

[I think you better go here and I'll explain you everything.I'll text you where I am right now.]

After about 30 minutes, She came with Kristoff. I can see she was sick worried about her. She was running and her hair was a mess while Kristoff was catching his breath.

"Jack! I swear if something wrong with my sister. I'll kill you!" Anna said coming towards me that was about to choke my neck but Kristoff stopped her.

"Woah! Hold on there Fiestypants. Let Jack do the explanation. Remember what we came here for?" He said. I mouthed 'thank you' to him.

"I came here for Elsa! Now, Explain." Anna said after calming herself down.

I explained them everything, Anna started crying about the news but Kristoff comfort her.

"Excuse me, Is anyone here relatives of Ms. Menzel?" I wanted to tell them that I'm her husband but I guess I have to let Anna do this one.

"I'm her sister, Anna." She said while wiping her tears. Her eyes were red from crying.

"She's still not awake from the meditations we gave her. It may bring her to a deep sleep. But you can see her now." He said. We got in the room and Elsa was wearing a hospital gown. Her hair wasn't tied into a bun anymore which made her even more beautiful, despite that she's thin and everything. She dosen't look like a sick person that is laying on a bed right now. I can tell she's a sleeping beauty.

"Is there any cure from her sickness?" I asked.

"We could but before she gets a surgery, We will send you a orthopedic surgeon, pediatric oncologist, radiation oncologist, pathologist, physiatrist before she goes with the surgery." He said and handing us the lists.

"N-No. Don't.." We turned around who said that. It was Elsa.
