"Come on it's over here"Finney said pulling me towards a street
"Okay okay, I'm coming"I giggle at how urgent he wants to show me
About five or seven minutes of talking and walking I see a sandlot up ahead, there's a wood fence by it with some... old cars it looks like? And... People.
Great. "Awe man, there's people here" Finney says bumded out "it's okay. we can come back some time, whenever the field is full or something"I say as we start to walk along the sandlot.
I look at the people there and it seems like... Fighting? "You eat dog crap for breakfast" one of the kids say. You laugh a bit "what's so funny?" Finn asked confused "fighting" you point at the kids, Finn chuckles. "Let's go check it out, I wanna see how it end" the girl says grabbing Finney's arm
Third pov
The 2 kids jog a little closer, not to close so it doesn't look weird.
They laughed a bit. Then one of them said something that stood out to y/n
You play ball like a girl!
She stiffened a little. Finney had noticed "Y/n..." He said before she shook her head no "WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?" the girl shouts
Finney's pov
Oh no. She's not gonna take this good "Y/n..." I say, she shouts "WHAT'S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?" "Y/n leave it alone" I say before every boy there turns out way. Oh gosh...
"What?"
