L: "So?"

I wrap my arms around her.

R: "So..."

L: "Tell me...how do you feel?"

I sigh.

R: "I feel...great. Amazing. Everything. I feel...robbed. I missed everything. Your pregnancy, his birth. First steps. Words. Everything..."

She turns and faces me.

She kisses me.

L: "What if you...had a chance to not miss everything?"

Wait...what?

R: "What do you mean, Lyss?"

She gets up and goes to her purse.

R: " Babe?"

Lyss turns around and hands me a picture.

An ultrasound picture.

R: "You're...?"

She nods.

L: "2 months."

I hug her.

Oh my God. We're having a baby!

AGAIN!!!

I wipe her tears and kiss her hard.

L: "Jack's gonna be a big brother."

R: "Best big brother."

L: "Oh yeah. No question. "

We lay down and as soon as we turn the lights off a little Knock comes on the door.

J: "Mommy?"

I get up and get Jack.

I pick him up and he clings to me like a monkey.

R: "What's wrong, buddy?"

J: "Mmm...."

R: "Wanna sleep with Mommy and Daddy tonight?"

Jack nods and passes out.

R: "Okay then..."

I crawl back into bed with Lyss with Jack still clinging to me.

Lyss ruffles his hair and kisses his cheek.

L: "He always does this...not that I mind."

R: "When he visits on tour?"

Lyss snuggles into my shoulder and I peck her lips.

L: " Yeah... and right after I get home from tour. Total Mommy's boy."

I giggle.

R: "Mommy's boy...."

I move my hand to Lyss' still flat tummy.

R: "Daddy's little princess?"

L: "Why did I know you were gonna say that?"

2 months later...

Lyss' Point of View.

After finding out about baby number two, the tour was cut short.

Russ moved into my and Jack's house and it's been wonderful.

Both of my boys under one roof.

Telling Jack he's gonna be a big brother was funny as hell.

Jackson looked at me and Russ confused.

Russ had Jack sitting on his knee and was all serious.
