Avengers Time Travel Mishap

"Ok, you guys know how I said the remaining Avengers brought back those that were snapped?"

Various of 'yes' were heard.

"I will be showing you the trial run of time travel using the Quantum Realm."

"We used the Quantum Realm to time travel? Cool." Scott exclaimed.
"As cool as they sounds, according to Scott, isn't Steve a time traveler? Why don't we just use his time ship?"  Rhodey asked.

"Well, one, you're not supposed to use time travel for personal gain, even though they had done it on occasion to help someone. Two, if you travel back time to change something, it appears as an Aberration."

"A what?" They asked.

"Aberrations also known as time aberrations, temporal aberrations, or historical aberrations, are massive alterations of the existing timeline. They are generally prompted by the efforts of time criminals, disrupting the flow of time with anachronistic weaponry, meta-human abilities, and other factors that could change the course of events, which slowly cements and affects a timeline's future."

"Can you simplify that for the people who don't speak nerd?" Thompson asked.
"Basically Voice is saying, Aberrations are things in which happened wasn't supposed to happen, or something didn't happen that was supposed to happen." Peter said.
"So you're saying Thanos snapping his fingers and killing billion, trillion was suppose to happen?" Yelena asked.

"Yeah I mean, let's say you travel back in time to prevent the snap from happening. Because the snap happened in your past-"

"By changing the past, you change your future. In which creating a new timeline and erasing the old one?" Strange asked.
"I'm sorry, I'm still confused." Alexei said.

"Let's say after a certain event, like...the snap. After the snap, you make some big life change like...like you move across the country and chose a different career path. But by traveling back in time to prevent the snap from happening-"

"You don't move across the country and chose a different career path?" Natasha asked.
"Time travel is so confusing." Sam said.

"It is. You will learn soon enough that by changing the past leads to some major consequences.

"Have the Legends ever change time and created a new timeline?" Strange asked.

"Yes, they have some change over the years but only once they have created a new timeline.

Steve perked up. They have?

"Can we watch how?" Shuri asked.

"Of course. Later. But onto my third and last point, by the time you guys decide to bring the people back, Steve's retired."
