Peter's Deal With Dr. Strange To Make Everyone Forget He's Spiderman

Not everyone's going to have speaking part. I'll do the best I can with the reactions. Spoiler for those who haven't watch any of the marvel movies or any arrowverse shows. This book is Steve-Centric. Hope you enjoy this chapter.

"Next one is about Peter Parker and Dr. Strange. This happens in late August of 2024."

"Wait, I thought he was snapped away." Yelena said confused before sending Peter an apologetic look.

"Oh right. In 2023, the people who weren't snapped brought back the people who were snapped by using time travel."

"Time travel?" Tony chuckled. "It's not possible. Time travel does not exist."

A couple people agreed with the younger Stark. There is no such thing as time travel.

"Technically it is. You will learn more about it later. In fact one of you is a time traveler."

"Really? Who?" Were asked.

"You'll know soon enough. Until then, let's start the clip."

Peter joins Strange on the top of the statue.

"What is happening?" Peter asked.

In short version, your identity got reveal, so you asked Dr. Strange to make everyone forget you were Spider-Man but you keep interrupting  him while he was doing the spell, which created a rift where the enemies of Spider-Man from different universe came over to your world."

"You're talking about the multiverse?" Strange asked.
"That's a thing?" Tony questioned.
"My identity got revealed, how? And there are other Spider-Men?" Peter asked surprised.

"Yes. Yes. Yes but I'm not going to reveal who and how and yes. The multiverse is a constant thing after 2023. Expect a lot of those in the future videos."

"Time travel and the multiverse, next you'll tell us there are clones of us out there?" Clint threw his arms up.

"Well, not entirely all of you...except one."

"I'm sorry what? There is a clone of one of us out there?" Sam asked.

"Uh...we'll get to that later as well."

With that Voice unpaused the video.

PETER PARKER/SPIDER-MAN: What's happening?

STEPHEN STRANGE/DR. STRANGE: They're starting to come through and I can't stop them.

PETER PARKER/SPIDER-MAN: There's got to be something we can do. Can't you just cast the spell again? But, like, the original way, before I screwed it up?

STEPHEN STRANGE/DR. STRANGE: We're too late for that. They're here! They're here because of you!

Peter thinks for a moment. He realizes there is only one solution. The music realizes that too, as it plays in a much more somber way.

PETER PARKER/SPIDER-MAN: What if everyone forgot who I was?

STEPHEN STRANGE/DR. STRANGE: What?

PETER PARKER/SPIDER-MAN: They're coming here because of me, right? Because I'm Peter Parker? So cast a new spell. But this time, make everyone forget who Peter Parker is. Make everyone forget... me.

STEPHEN STRANGE/DR. STRANGE: No.

"I agree with Strange. No." Tony said to Peter.
"But-" Peter started to say.
"No." Tony repeated.

Peter slumped into his seat, defeated.

PETER PARKER/SPIDER-MAN: But it would work, right?

STEPHEN STRANGE/DR. STRANGE: Yeah, it would work. But you got to understand, that would mean everyone... who knows and loves you... We'd... We'd have no memory of you. It'll be as if you never existed.

"Wait, who knows I'm Spider-Man?" Peter asked.

"Well, there's Ned, MJ...and Aunt May."

"Aunt May knows? How?"

"You were wearing your Spider-Man suit in your room, thinking she wasn't home. And as for Ned and MJ. Ned was waiting for you in your room when you slip into your room wearing your Spider-Man suit and for MJ, she figured it out herself."

Of course, MJ would have figured out that herself that Peter was-is Spider-Man. Peter was glad he doesn't have to hide that he's Spider-Man from his best friend and his aunt.

"If they are the only people who knows Peter is Spider-Man, which one of them revealed his identity?" Scott asked.

Peter had forgotten that everyone knows his identity. None of them would reveal his secret, would they? No they wouldn't.

"Oh, none of them did."

Peter sighed in relief. But there's still the question: who did it?

PETER PARKER/SPIDER-MAN: I know. Do it.

"Don't you dare do it, Strange." Tony pointed at Strange.
"I don't think I have a choice." Strange told Tony.
"What do you mean you don't have a choice?" Tony asked.
"The fabric of time and space are falling apart. Who knows what would happen if I don't?" Strange asked.

He doesn't want to do it but he has to. 

STEPHEN STRANGE/DR. STRANGE: [nodding] Well, then go and say your goodbyes. You don't have long.

PETER PARKER/SPIDER-MAN: Thank you, sir.

STEPHEN STRANGE/DR. STRANGE: [smiling] Call me Stephen.

PETER PARKER/SPIDER-MAN: Thank you, Stephen.

STEPHEN STRANGE/DR. STRANGE: [half a laugh] Yeah... Still feels weird.

Strange agreed that sounded weird.

PETER PARKER/SPIDER-MAN: I'll see you around. [swings away.]

STEPHEN STRANGE/DR. STRANGE: [sorrowful] So long, kid.

"I'm sorry I made you do that." Peter said to Strange.
"You didn't make me kid. And you're the first person to sacrifice your own happiness to save the world." Strange told him.
"Damn right he's not." Bucky grumbled casting a look to a certain person next to him.

Steve gave him a smile and shrugged.

"Now, can we get back to where one of us has a clone?" Sam questioned.

A/N: This was a short one. I still hope you enjoyed it. I hope I had the information about how Ned, MJ & Aunt May finding out Peter is Spider-Man right. I only watched the Spider-Man movies once.
