Perseus - The Bane of Olympus

Chapter 3

Perseus stormed off to his bedroom. Percy sat there in silence, before he punched a hole in the quartz wall just before the door opened and Nico came running in. "Nico, get out! You can't help me!" Percy sat down on his bed, starting to sniffle. "If Chaos knows I'm going to become that monster, than no one can stop me from it happening!"

Nico came to him and sat down next to him. "No, Percy you're wrong. I can help."

"How?" Percy asked. "How?" Nico responded by grabbing his cheeks and kissing him. He pulled away in an instant and went to leave but Percy pulled him back and they started passionately kissing. Once they separated Percy apologized, "Nico, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have forced you into that-

"But Percy, I liked it." The son of Hades brought him towards and started making out. Once they finally came out of it, both's faces were red. "So what from here?"

"Nico, would you go out on a date with me? At a restaurant, on Earth. Not McDonalds, but like a fancy one or something. You get the idea."

Nico blushed a dark color as well. "I would love to. We're on."

Every person in Olympus sat quiet as the two boys vanished into the hole together. After about a minute, Athena stood out and said, "We're screwed." A murmur of agreement was traveled throughout the crowd.

"No we are not!" Zeus boomed. "We are the dominant force in the universe and we will fight."Weak cheers were spread throughout the crowd, none actually believing, just cheering so it would make their king happy. "Meeting dismissed."

Percy and Nico left the room and walked back to the normal conversation. "I'm sorry." Percy said. "I overreacted to something that isn't any of your faults."

"It is okay, Perseus." Chaos said. "What you saw was very upsetting, but I have something to tell you. We are building an army for Tartarus, one to overthrow Olympus and we are giving you the chance to bring back whoever you'd like from the dead. Tartarus will gather the souls for you."

Percy paused for a moment before responding. "I have 6 selections to make. I would like to resurrect Jason Grace, Luke Callestan, Zoe Nightshade, Silena Beauraguard, Charles Beckendorf, and Bianca di' Angelo." Nico immediately ran to Percy and fell into a hug, tears flowing down his eyes.

"Th-hank y-you." he made out through cries. Percy planted a kiss on his forehead and Chaos showed a smile at the scene. Nico came out of it with a blush. Tartarus flashed off to gather the souls.

"I have returned." Tartarus announced later today, while the other three were eating in the Dining Hall. Chaos had decided to stay for a while and found the demigods quite interesting. Percy and Nico jumped up from their seats and ran to the entrance. "Another girl decided she wanted to fight as well, came down her by herself." The six demigods were at the door but another one was standing with them, hugging Zoe.

And it was none other than Thalia Grace.
