Dexter stood there, unsure of what to do. He was panicking. He tried his best to cover up the gory scene behind him, but to no avail. It was already too late. He tried stepping forward. His breathing was unsteady, and his hair was a mess. He shook, reaching out his trembling, unsteady hand towards Daisy. God, what have you done Dexter? What was going through that sick and twisted brain of yours?

Daisy stepped back. She was shaking. She was afraid. Why would he do something like this? Why? Why? Out of fear, Daisy did the only thing she could do: run.
Daisy ran upstairs and flung open the front door. She ran outside, as fast as her legs could take her. She hard a voice desperately call out for her. It sounded just as upset as she was. She didn't care. Daisy ignored the pleas for her to come back. She didn't want to go back.

Thoughts were running through Daisy's mind. It was almost impossible to focus on what she was even doing right now. She can't get that scene out of her head.. her cat, bleeding on the floor, guts hanging out of his fuzzy little stomach while her father tries to cover it up. Oh, that poor thing. Daisy stops for a second. She can feel herself gagging. She wants to puke. Daisy tries to keep running as fast as she can. She doesn't know where she is going anymore.

Daisy's vision progressively gets blurrier. She sees lots of lights and people. She must be in the middle of town. Her running slows. She's tired. She would normally want to go home or go to her dad, but she doesn't know anymore. Especially after what she saw. Each step Daisy takes feels more and more agonizing than the last. Her face is bright red from her crying. Her hair is a mess, and her glasses are crooked. Her breathing gets heavier. People are staring at her.

Daisy felt herself gagging once more. She had slowed to a jog, then to a walk. She heard talking around her. Though, she was unable to understand what they were saying. Daisy fell to her knees. Everything was a blur. She couldn't make out anything anymore. Daisy heard her dad's desperate calls ringing in her ears. The world spun around her. She fell to the floor. Her vision slowly faded to black as she lost conciseness. People gathered around her in a panic.
"Oh my god, is that child alright?" A person asked.
"Someone call an ambulance!" Another cried.
As the people gathered around Daisy did their thing, a certain bloodied, disheveled yellow figure approached. He could not see who they were gathered around. He heard ambulance sirens approaching.
