Chapter 17- should I audition

I got out of the foam pit and walked up stairs. I walked into the room with our bags and stuff in and sat down. I was thinking about everything that has been going on. "Should I audition for Sadie or not?" I asked myself.

After 2 minutes of thinking and starring into space someone walked in. It was Chandler. He walked in and sat next to me and said
"So what you doing?"

"Nothing much. Just thinking about things." I said.

"Like what?" He asked.

"I don't even know really." I lied.

"Ok. Well I need to tell you something." Chandler said with excitement.

"Ok what is it?" I asked him shaking his shoulders.

"Well. The walking dead is having auditions for a new character called Sadie Grimes. I was wondering if you would want to audition. I know it's always been your dream to become a actress. So here's your chance." Chandler said with a big smile on his face.

"Sure I would love to audition. When does audition start?" I asked.

"2 weeks." He said.

I hugged him and we starred into each other's eyes. When Chandler started leaning in and I was too. Then we were interrupted by Sam.

"Hey dude you ready to go?" Sam asked.

"Umm yea lets go." Chandler said.

We walked out of the room and got on the bus. I sat with Stevie, Mia and Riley as usual and Chandler and Sam sat with their friends.

(Chandlers POV)
"So what were you and Emily doing by yourselves?" Sam asked.

"Nothing. I told her about the auditions." I tell Sam.

"And what did she say?" Sam asked.

"She said that she will audition." I said excitedly.

"That's great. Now what are you doing about your relationship with her?" Sam asked.

"I don't know. But I'm gonna hang out with her this weekend I guess." I said.

(Emily's POV)
"So what were you and Mr Riggs doing back there?" Mia asked.

"Nothing. He asked me if I wanted to audition for a character in the walking dead." I said.

The girl squealed and laughed.

-skip the bus trip-

We got to school and the bell rang. Chandler and I were having a sleepover tonight and tomorrow Chandler is taking me to see the cast and we're gonna have a fun day. Chandlers mum picked us up at the front of the school and we drove home. I was sleeping over his house so I had to get everything ready. We pulled into the Riggs driveway and I walk next door.

I opened the door and walked into the house.

"How was school Emily?" My mum asked.

"Good I have to pack and get ready for the sleepover and remember I'm going to meet the cast of the walking dead."

"Yes I remembered. Gina messaged me."

"Ok" I said as I walked into my room.

I pack my bag. I packed things like my pjs, toothbrush and toothpaste and also my pillow. Oh and also my clothes for tomorrow.

Tomorrow I'll be wearing a floral crop top, high waisted shorts jeans and vans.

I grabbed a towel and had a shower and got dressed into t-shirt and short shorts. I said bye to my family and walked to chandlers house that was next door. I knocked on the door and was let in.

Sorry this chapter is so boring and short. The next one or two should be more exciting.

I changed it from Sadie Cole who was going to be Carl Grimes love interest. But everyone does that, so, now it Sadie Grimes and she's Carl's twin sister.
You will have to read on to see the story behind her.
