~Y/n POV~

Today I was very stressed. I don't know why, but my ability to tolerate people was very low. I was more exhausted than usual, I can't keep up this morning. In all honesty, it felt annoying. My thoughts were soon cut off by somebody tapping my shoulder. I know exactly who it is but I want him to know I acknowledged him so I turn around to see Tendou staring at me with confusion.

"What do you need Satori?" I asked whispering while being slightly annoyed.

"Woahwoah Y/n-chan, no need to talk to me with such sass," he whispered back, putting one of his hands over his heart, "I was just asking if you were okay? I noticed you weren't your typical high and mighty self this morning. Y'know, talking like the world was gonna end the moment you speak." I scoffed at his comment.

"One, sorry if I was rude with my tone. Two, I'm okay I guess, I just feel super exhausted for some reason this morning and I don't understand why. Three, how dare you assume I talk to you because I want to, I'm just bored and I don't want to do my work thank you very much," I continued to whisper while looking up to him, " I just woke up more tired than usual I guess, sorry." I continued while shrugging my shoulders.

"Rude! Well, how about you sleep for the period and I'll wake you up at the bell?" Tendou whispered patting my shoulder.

"That does sound nice, thank you Satori," I whispered while giving him a nod in acknowledgment. I lay my head down on my desk and I tried to sleep but the voice of the teacher was making it impossible. I groaned silently while sitting there with my eyes closed. I soon heard the bell. I got up and got my stuff.

"Could you get the work for me? I was planning on going to the nurse's office. I feel like literal shit. I'll even get you chocolate if you do." I said, practically begging for Tendou to say yes.

"Well I was gonna say yes, but you offered me chocolate sooo, how could I say no!" he said looking at me with excitement but his face lowered. "But there is a problem, the only class we don't have together is history," he said pondering and then he turned to me. "Don't you have Wakatoshi-kun in that class with you?" he said smirking, wiggling his eyebrows.

"I do.., what are you inquiring?" I asked confused, my face soon turned bright red. "No! Satori, are you crazy?!"

"It's settled, I'll ask him. He's been to your house right?" He asked me.

"What Satori?! Yes, he has been there before but that isn't the point!" I exclaimed looking at him.

"Okay great! I'll ask him to take the stuff over to your house! Y'know after practice and stuff so he'll be at your house at about 4:00?" He looked in the air proud as if he did something.

I didn't mind that Ushijima was coming over, but he's gonna see me sick?! I tend to get super needy and whiney when I don't feel good. I'm literally gonna kms when he sees me. I practically sprinted to the nurse's office even though my stomach was saying no. Literally felt like I was gonna puke but yolo🤪. I got there and she saw me and said I could go home. I called my mom to see if she could pick me up but she said no. I called my brother who was at work to see if he could pick me up and he said yes, thankfully. He picked me up about 10 minutes later. He drove me home, I said bye. He'll be at his girl's house so I won't have to worry about him. My parents are on a business trip so they'll be gone for another few days. Cool, I won't have to be razzed for having a boy over. I went over to the kitchen to see that it was 12:30, on the dot. I went to the medicine cabinet to stop my head-pounding headache. I went to my room and got changed into more comfortable clothes and jumped onto my bed and got under the covers. I closed my eyes and soon fell asleep.

~Ushijima POV~

I texted Y/n to say that I was on my way here, maybe they didn't get my message? But it said it was delivered? I knocked on the door again but they didn't answer. Maybe they're asleep? I went to the spot where their spare key was and used it. I put it back after I unlocked the door. I looked and I didn't see them in the living room or the kitchen. So I assumed they were in their room. I walked to their room and the door was cracked so I thought I could come in. I opened the door a little to see what was happing in their room. I saw them on their bed, peacefully asleep. I guess Tendou was right when he said they weren't feeling well. I walked up to the side of their bed to see their face better. I'd hate to wake them up but I couldn't help it.

"Y/n," I nudged them a little bit. "Wake up please?" I heard them groan.

"I don't wannaa~" they whined in response. I soon saw their tear-stained face and I was concerned.

"Y/n, were you crying?" I asked.

"Yeah I was but," they yawned, "it was because my stomach was hurting. It doesn't hurt that much anymore though," they said with a small smile. I couldn't help but feel bad. I walked over to the other side of the bed and crawled into the bed with them, on top of the blankets so they wouldn't feel uncomfortable, in an attempt to comfort them. Their face started to get red.

"Y/n are you okay? Your face is getting more red" I asked them. Getting more concerned by the minute.

"I'm fine, my face just feels a little warm. That's all. Oh, and you can get under the covers if you want?" They said looking at my face. My heart started to beat faster but I couldn't understand why.

"Oh, as long as you're comfortable," I said agreeing with their statement. I got under the covers and scooted closer to them. I wrapped my arms around their body and they leaned their head into my chest. "Is this good?"

"It's great.." they mumbled before falling asleep again.

"Goodnight Y/n, sleep well," I said before falling asleep with them in my arms.
