"Y/n could you bring me some water." he called for the woman.

For an unknown reason to Ran, Y/n let Ran spend the night at her place, however she didn't expect he will wake up with a bigger back pain and he could barely walk. She wasn't sure if he was just playing with her and making her be his slave until he decided to leave and he was simply in pain, either ways she still had to help to him as he would start complaining if she wouldn't.
She wanted him to leave as fast as possible, since she had other business to do, which Ran shouldn't know about.

"I'm not your maid and if you forgot you started to be unwanted at my place. So, if you could leave as soon as possible that would be perfect." she said after she brought him a glass of water.
"But I'm in pain, dear partner!" he said making a painful expression. "How can you leave your partner like this?" he asked.
"I did treat you. It's not my fault you aren't healed yet." the woman said rolling her eyes.
"Maybe your treatment wasn't good enough." he said with a small smile.
"My treatment is good. If you don't like it, go see another doctor. My treatment only works if you followed ny instructions which i highly doubt you followed." she said as she now didn't saw the blanket she wrapped him in last night.
"Ah, you caught me there." he said smiling. "It was so hot last night and i couldn't stay wrapped in that thing." he said.
"And you say my treatment doesn't work. You are the most horrible pacient ever. You are the only one that doesn't listen to me." she rolled her eyes annoyed.
"Y/n, darling, in case you forgot you work with dead people. What are they supposed to do if they don't like or want what they do to them? Walk out?" the male asked confused by her words.
"I also treat alive people!" she confidently said.
"Yeah? Like who?" he asked curious making the woman bite her bottom lip.

I'm not supposed to say that names to him.

"Me, of course." she said making the male laugh.
"So basically 2 people." the male said stopping from laughing as he didn't want to make the woman feel bad.
"Yeah." she said staring blankly at the walk.

Ran was analyzing her, she didn't seemed like her normal self today. He was a bit concerned, however he decide to not ask the woman about it as he knows she will get annoyed or simply avoid the question. She suddenly woke up from her trance and flinch when her phone started ringing, making the male look confused at both Y/n and her phone, the phone screen eventualy revealed the callers name. Boss.
Her eyes widen when she read the name and quickly took the phone as Ran was already had millions of questions and answers inside his head of why she acts like this.

"Why does your boss call you on weekends?" he asked trying to get some sort of information from her.
"There might be a problem at the clinic. Excuse me for a bit." she said and quickly rushed to her room and locked the door as she responded to the call.
"It took you a lot to respond, Y/n. Did something happen?" the voice on the other side said.
"I'm sorry boss." she said as she sigh. "I was in a pretty complicated situation."
"I told you already, Y/n, don't call me boss." the male said.
"Right. I'm sorry, Mikey." she said in low voice.
"Is there something wrong with Ran? Is he bothering you? As Ran knows you aren't a part of Bonten and you are now practically his assistant only because he said so, he never made a contract." Mikey explained her as she nodded.
"Yes, i know. He isn't bothering me." she said." However," she continued in a low voice. "He spend the night here, I don't know when he is going to leave, he says he is in pain and as the policy says i cannot leave him in pain. I don't think i can complete the job for the day." she explained.
"Check on him to see if he is really hurted and let me know. If he isn't, I'll make sure he will leave as soon as possible and that would made your job possible. If he is actually injured please make sure he gets the best treatment." Mikey explained.
"Yes, i will." she said smiling.
"Soon enough, you won't be Bonten's secret member. The other gangs already started questioning who is the person that treats the members when they need." he said.
"I know, i heard some rumors already." she said.
"Take care of you until then, alright? Ran doesn't seem like that, but i promise he will protect you if it's necessary." he said sounding a little worried.
"Yes, Mikey, i know. Take care of you too, you really need to." she said as she remembers the times she had to treat him.
"I will." he said and with that ended the call.

Let's check on Ran now.
