Chapter 5

LINDSAY'S POV

The day at the library went good. Mrs.Judy was verry nice and we decided i would get paid 10 bucks and hour thats awesome!

I slam my alarm off. Yay first day of school! i put on my grey shirt that has blue, white and green flowers printed all over it, and my blue skinny jeans with white flats. i straitened my hair and put on some eye liner and mascara.

i hop on my bike and in less than five minutes i am at the High school. Homeroom went by fast. Every one was getting back into there cliques after the summer away from eachother. i dont think anyone noticed me much because of that. But that is fine with me. i just want to finish my last year of highschool and then i can move on.

'Ding ding Ding' thats my que, i pick up my books and head to first period. people all around me are talking laughing. "ya over the summer" she gasps "I know right!" wow.... drama already hahah.

The classroom is big with white brick walls. one wall is almost all glass windows. there are about 13 desks with two seats at each.

i walk into the the class room and all of my classmates are standing agianst the wall so i stand there to. A short stuby woman walks into the room, "Hello, my name is Mrs.Brieght and i am Chem teacher for this year."

"okay... " she says. "Seating charts. she starts rambling off peoples names. i hope i dont sit next to a guy.

"And our new student who will be joining us this year, Lidsay." I quickely notice where she is pointing for me to sit. "You will sit by Landen."

Right next to a Greek God! He is gorgeouse! He sweeps his head towards me brushing the Black hair out of his peircing Green eyes. i go to sit down but i trip over some ones foot.

in slow motion i am falling to the ground, Oh crap this is gonna hurt. I feel muscular arms suddenly around me. my face inches from the ground. My savior pulls me up, its Landen.

A girl huffs "watch where your going new girl."

i start walking towards my chair but right when im at it i turn around. "I will watch my step if you will make sure your big feet are under the desk where they are supposed to be." i smirk and plop down in my chair satisfyed at my remark.

I hear Landen chuckle. "what?" i ask smiling.

"Nothing it was just funny seeing someone stand up to rachel."

"Names Lindsay." i say smiling.

"Landen, nice to meet you"

Halfway to the class Landen slid and note over to me;

-Hey, pass me your schedule :) -

I do as he asks. He passes it back along with the note;

-cool, we have lunch together, you should sit with me and my friends-

-cool- I wrote back

The rest of the class Went by smoothly.

I did not have any more troubles with Rachel and I headed to my next class.

I look to the board it says to choose your seat, is only two seats left though.

Wednesday is in the back way fit a weird boy sitting to the left, The others in the front next to a nerdy looking girl. I decide to go to the one in front.

"Hey!" says the girl in the front.

"Hi". I say with a smile.

"Can I see your schedule?" She asks politely.

"Sure" I say handing it too her.

"Oh yay!" she says with A excited expression.

"we have lunch together you want to Sit together?"

"Uh, I already have plans for lunch...."

"Oh well I guess I'll see you around"

Class took forever to end. I was so anxious to sit next to landen, he is so cute.

"Ding,ding,ding!" I grab my books and walk to my locker and dump them in.

The lunch room is huge and I can't find landen so I just decide to get lunch first. I'm checking out with my sandwich when I feel a soft hand on my shoulder, turning me around.

Once again I am face to chest with this Greek god.

"Hey, landen.... I uh, couldn't find you..."

"It's fine, I found you!" He chuckled and then turned to the lunch lady.

"I'm buying he lunch, thanks."

Before I could object he grabs my wrist, but not harmfully, and pulls me out of the check out area.

We sit at a table with two girls and three guys. One of them I notice right away, Rachel. She practically is sitting on this guys lap next to her, I see landens fist clench slightly.

He clears his throat. "This is Lindsay," everyone looks at me "she is new here and I asked her to sit with us."

"Hey," I say with a smile.

"That's Amanda," he says pointing to a girl with brown eyes and bleach blonde hair.

She gives me a fake smile.

"That's Richard, but we call him Rich," he says pointing to the guy who Rachel is sitting "next" to. He give me a nod.

"That's Rachel," he says not even pointing or looking at her.

"That's max," he says pointing to the one staring at Amanda.

"And that's Colten, but we call him Cole." He points to the guy sitting next to me. He is a Greek god too! I'm in heaven!!

He has brown eyes that have light brown streaks dancing through them, and he has brown hair.

"Hey," Cole says.

I smile shyly and giggle, oh god I'm acting so dumb.

I decide to focus my attention on my sandwich.

"So there's a party on Friday," Cole says suddenly.

"You should come, it's at Rachel's house, they have a pool and a game room."

"Okay Sounds like fun." I smile and finish my sandwich.
