At the Happy Spa in Japan in the middle of the night, Kagero aka Kamen Rider Evil (inner demon of Daiji Igarashi aka Kamen Rider Live) is talking to Vice (inner demon of Ikki Igarashi aka Kamen Rider Revi) and Lovekov (inner demon of Sakura Igarashi aka Kamen Rider Jeanne) about his plan to prove that he could be a better hero than his host could ever be.
