--School's rooftop--

Malon: Here we are!

Malon said happily, while as for me, I am a panting mess, we climbed a lot of stairs you know! and I hate it, and to think me and Malon are gonna do this every lunch? NOPE!
We settled down facing eachother.

Malon: So (y/n).. What's your lunch?

Lunch..

Oh dearest Goddess.. I face palmed, remembering I don't have lunch. Why? because before my mother always gets it ready for me before I go to school, I kinda forgot that I am living the dorms right now, which means no mother = no lunch to be prepared for me. Thinking about it makes me miss my mother, I wonder how is she doing now?

You: Uhmmm.. I forgot that I don't have lunch..

I looked down embarrassed. I heard Malon giggled making me look up to her.

Malon: Don't worry (y/n) my friend! I have an extra!

Then she brought out two lunch boxes, the other one is hers and the other one she hand it out to me.

You: Wow! Thank you Malon! Having a crazy morning really makes me hungry.

Malon: You're always welcome!

She said with a smile with a hint of enthusiasm, while hastily opening her lunch box, revealing a fried cuckoo, and she took it giving it a big chomp, looks like someone is also hungry! Now I know why she had an extra packed lunch. I also opened the lunch box that Malon handed to me, it is also a fried cuckoo, I took a quick bite and examined the taste, it is rather gourmet, they sure putted a lot of spices, but I rather prefer simple cooking like my mother does.

That fried cuckoo is heaven! I never tasted a fried cuckoo that is so perfect! But still! no one beats the awesome taste that my mother's cooking! I closed the lunch box and hand it to Malon.

Malon: Now on to the story!

Malon said while putting away our lunch boxes. Malon then looked at me with a smile.

Malon: Link and Zelda are super duper best friends! Like there is nothing that can separate the two, where ever Link is, Zelda is there too, and where ever Zelda is, Link is there too. Once we thought that they are in a relationship, but they denied it.

You: Not in a relationship? Then why is Zelda claiming that Link is her boyfriend? It is getting really confusing.

Malon then frowned.

Malon: Then there is that day that Link confessed Zelda, Link kneeled in front of Zelda saying all his feeling, and he did it in public! I was there too. We were all expecting Zelda to say her sweet 'yes' to Link, but nothing came out, instead she left and said sorry. That crushed Link's heart, it was his first heart break, we knew that he is taking it really hard. We can still see that both of them are still together, but they always bring that awkward atmosphere. He eventually grew distant to everybody, also to Zelda. Which made Zelda lonely, Link is her only best friend. And actually I didn't know why Zelda became like that, she suddenly spread to the whole school that Link is her boyfriend.

You: Link is her only best friend? Then who are those three that she was with?

Malon: Oh, those three.. I really don't like them, those three must be the reason why Zelda is the b.tch that she is right now, oh how I miss her innocent make-up free face that I envied so much!

Poor Link, I pity him so much, his heart is being played, I wish I saw how they were together before all of those happen.

Malon: (y/n), I am so tired of talking.. I want to listen to you now!
