I can already imagine some of the questions, so here's some basic answers.

Who did Salvatore kill?
-----
That's meant to be unknown. Similar to how Salvatore questions if he is good or not, the reader is meant to draw their own conclusion on whether or not he's bad or if he deserved to be shot.

Why is Celeste's last chapter so short?
-----
This was on purpose. The other 2 chapters focused on Celeste were the longest chapters, detailing how much she struggled with everyday life, and the last chapter is meant to be a break from that. Celeste finds life in death, and the shortness of the chapter is dedicated to her willful happiness at the situation.

Why did Jasmine ignore the shooting threat?
-----
This is based off of my own personal experience, but who would believe it? With so many fake ones before, why would she believe another one? If things had been different, this would have just been another scar on the stall door.

Why did Salvatore seem happy to die?
-----
Salvatore realizes that death is a way to stop having to relive the moment he committed murder. In chapter V, you see a glimpse of how he handles what happened and what he thinks about often, and death was a way to forget that. Salvatore realized that death is permanent, and that he wouldn't have to keep up a faux persona if he wasn't alive.
