4 years before

Y/n, a 11 year old girl, was walking towards school as always, after all she lived in a safe place near school, she was happy because today was last day on school, vacations were about to start.

She soon noticed it was getting late and began to run, then se heard someone call her by her back

"Y/n!"

She turned her head to her back while running and bumped to another person.

"AHHCK! I am sorry!!" Y/n said embarrased.

"How can you be so clumsy?!" Yuichiro said upset.

"Don't worry, Y/n." Muichiro smiled gently. He helped you to get up and your cheeks turned to a light pink. Then Nezuko came running to both of you.

"Y/n! Are you okay?" She said worriedly.

"Yeah, but this is all your fault!" You whined. Muichiro smiled at you and suggested to get to class before its to late.

Time skip, recess

Y/n was sitting on her usual spot among with Nezuko, Muichiro, Yuichiro and Senjurou, they were talking about what they'll do on vacations.

"I don't wanna do nothing, I just want to sleep, and maybe spend time with my family!" Nezuko said happily.

"The same goes for me!" Senjurou said.

"You are both so lazy, Muichiro and I will go to our family land and work." Yuichiro said. Nezuko staring at him angrily.

"What about you Y/n?" Muichiro asked, but Y/n didn't pay attention. "Y/n?" Y/n snapped out of her thoughts.

"Uhhh what?? What are we talking about?" Y/n said confused.

"We were talking about what we'll do in vacations, idiot." Yuichiro said upset.

"Don't talk to me like that! I don't really know what am I going to do on vacations, maybe.. no, nothing?" Y/n said.

"That's boring." Yuichiro blankly said.

"Yuichiro, you are so mean to everyone!" Nezuko whined. Yuichiro didn't really care about that.

"Anyways, we should head back, recess is about to finish." Senjurou said worriedly.

The group of friends went to the classroom, waiting for school to finish excitedly. When school finished, they all went to the nearby park.

"I don't want to have vacations! I still wanna see you all days guys.." Nezuko whined. Y/n hugged her.

"Don't worry, Nezuko, we can plan outings during holidays!" Senjurou said happily "I don't want to go to school never again. I hope school suddenly explotes or something like that, or I am gonna fire the school." Y/n said angrily. Muichiro laughed at Y/n.

"Do you hear what you are saying you idiot? You don't even dare to." Yuichiro said.

"Shut up! Guys, I need to go home, see ya all!" Y/n said, she had to get home soon because she promised to help her sister to bake.

Time skip: Back to school

It was time to go back to school, time passed very quickly, Y/n was walking towards school and saw Nezuko, running to her and hugging her from the back.

"Hey Nezuko! How are you?" Y/n greeted.

"Y/n! I missed you even though it's been a week! I'm fine, and you?" Nezuko said happily.

"I'm okay, but I am so tired." Y/n yawned. Nezuko laughing at her, then they went to class to meet Senjurou there.

"Hey Senjurou!" Nezuko greeted sitting by his side.

"Hey Nezuko!" Senjurou smiled, but then Y/n had a worried look on its face.

"Hey guys, have you heard anything about Muichiro or Yuichiro? I mean, I know I shouldn't be worried or anything but, they didn't show up on vacations, and they usually get early to school..." Y/n said worriedly, Senjurou's and Nezuko's face looked worried.

"Maybe they are still on their family land." Senjurou said. But they didn't get there. A week passed, then two, two weeks turned into a month, the group of friends was really sad about it, but as months passed by, they started to get over it. Two years passed, Y/n was now 13 years old.

Y/n became somewhat a insecure and cold person, but she didn't care, she just wanted school to finish, they were starting a new cycle.

Y/n was walking to school calmly along witg her new friend Makomo, when she noticed a familiar figure, a boy with long black to mint hair, she couldn't believe it.

Nezuko then approached Y/n and Makomo and saw that boy amazed. Y/n started walking nervously towards him, she wanted him to be Muichiro.

"M-Muichiro?" Y/n said nervously. Muichiro turned to her with an expressionless face, his eyes showed nothing, not even a bit of emotions. This made Y/n shiver.

"A-are you Muichiro Tokito?"

"Yeah, what do you wa-" He was cut off by the suddent hug of Y/n, his eyes widened and he pushed her away.

"What are you doing, who are you?" He said emotionless.

"M-Muichiro! It's me, what happened?" Y/n said worriedly. Muichiro ignored her and walked away. Nezuko and Makomo felt bad about that. Suddenly a woman walked to Y/n and patted her back.

"Hey.. I'm sorry about what happened, I suppose you were close to Muichiro, I'm his aunt, this is really hard to say.. he.. Muichiro.. lost his memories" Y/n's eyes widened, Nezuko got surprised. Their faces turned sad, Makomo was confused on who this guy was.

"But... he can get back his memories, right?" Nezuko said.

"I don't know." Muichiro's aunt said.

"And what about Yuichiro? Where is him?" Y/n asked.

The eyes of the woman started to be filled with a lot of tears, Nezuko and Y/n realizing what that meant.

The three girls said goodbye and got to the classroom, they met Senjurou there and Nezuko explained him what happened.

Y/n tried talking to Muichiro the rest of the day, failing to it. But she wouldn't give up that easily. The next day on recess she sat by his side.

"Hey Muichiro." She smiled softly, Muichiro looking blankly at the sky. "What was that cloud called?" Muichiro said, surprising the girl.

"Uhm, I don't know, but it looks like a butterfly." Y/n said, Muichiro turn to see her. "You look familiar..." Muichiro suddenly said. Y/n smiled sadly.

They weren't friends, but Y/n tried to talk to him often, she was the only person that Muichiro would pay attention to. He felt a connection towards her, but he would never admit it. Even if their bond grew a little, he was still so cold towards her.
