I awoke to see my best friend smoking in my room. "Oh sorry did I wake you?" She asked politely. I took the cigarette and put it between my lips I sucked in and let out smoke. I handed it back to her. "Thank you Lanie for picking me up last night!" She said mimicking my voice. "You're welcome for picking you up last night." She said. I looked in her brown eyes. "Oh yeah that, thanks." I said looking at her in here eyes. "So who's going to make breakfast?" She asked. I looked at her confused. "Oh shit yeah it's Monday and my moms at work. Yeah can you just make some toast?" I said. She nodded and headed out the door. I showered and when I got out I looked out my window.

It was raining. So I slid on some boots and some ripped jeans and a black shirt. "It's cold so put on your leather jacket." Lanie said. She sat down two sandwiches with milk on my desk. "Didn't have any butter so I just made sandwiches." She said. And I nodded. I headed over to get my food when suddenly my phone rang. An unknown number. I held it up to my ear. "Hello? Vi?" A deep voice said, I recognized it right away, it was Harry's. "Yeah?" I said smiling. Lanie winked at me.

"Just making sure this is your number!" He said with a chuckle. "Well it is." I said blankly. "Vi....I'm guessing it stands for Violet?" He said. "Harry...I'm guessing it stands for Harold?" I replied. He laughed. I just simply grinned. "Yeah, it stands for Harold. But anyways I was wondering if you'd like to go out today?" He asked me sweetly. "I have company." I said. "They can come along, I'm fine with it." He said and I could feel his smile through the phone. "Yeah okay." I said. "Okay sounds cool!" He said, and I hung up.

"We are going out somewhere?" Lanie asked me. "Yeah get dressed." I said. And she did. I was eating when I heard a knock on the door. I grabbed my phone and grabbed her purse, we walked down stairs and to the door. She opened the door and was speechless. As well was I, Harry looked incredible.

"Hello Violet." He said grinning at me. "Harold." I said. In his hand he held roses they were purple. "Here, for you." He said and smiled big. "They're purple." I said. "Violet." He said. "They're violet." He said and looked at Lanie. "Hi I'm Harry." He said and shook her hand. "Lanie." She said and smiled. I looked at Harry once more. He had on black jeans and a white unbuttoned shirt. He had tattoos all over his arms and chest he wore two necklaces and rings on his fingers.

I turned around and headed into my kitchen. I threw the flowers on the table and headed out. "Let's go." I said. And Harry nodded. Lanie followed us out and shut the door behind us. Harry led us to his car. It was beyond nice. It was a black Range Rover which was extremely clean. He opened the door for me. And I stepped in. He opened the back door for Lanie and she stepped in as well.

We drove in silence as I heard the rain hitting the window and roof of the car. "So Violet, And you Lanie. Tell me about yourselves." He said keeping his eyes on the road. "Well I love art, all types of art. It's an amazing word outside of reality." Lanie said. "I love art. I love music." He said. "I sing sometimes." He said. "Really? I'd love to hear some of your music!" Lanie said happily. "I'll make sure to show you it." He said giggling.

"What about you Violet?" He asked me. "Well if you'd really like to know what I love, I don't love much." I said without looking away from the window. "Violet loves Drugs, Sex and Alcohol." Lanie said. "She's a bit insane. But that's what makes her Violet, that's she's also really clever and a bit mysterious." Lanie said. I looked back at her and smiled. "You may know me better than I know myself." I said. Lanie smiled. "She likes to get into trouble and when I say trouble I mean trouble. Like I said she's a bit insane." Lanie said. "I'm a bit insane." I said. "I like it." I said and laughed. "Okay so Drugs,Sex and alcohol... I'll give those things a try." Harry said laughing and I laughed too.

"No really Vi...what are you into?" He said. I stopped laughing. "Nothing. I'm not into nothing." I said emotionless. "No really, like talents, your favorite music artist, hobbies. I'd like to know." He said looking me in the eyes. Again those green eyes were my weakness. "Like I said, Nothing. I'm into fucking nothing." I said and drifted my vision back to the window. Harry stopped staring at me.

I opened the window and pulled out a cigarette. I put it between my lips and lit it. I took a drag and blew out. I watched the smoke as it escaped my lips. "You smoke?" Harry asked. "What does it look like I'm doing." I said sarcastically. "Man that's a turn off." He said. "Too fucking bad." I said with a smile and put it between my lips again. "Well smoking is beyond bad for you." He said. "Yeah?" I said. "Yeah. It can ruin you in ways you've never even knew we're possible." He said with worried eyes. "Well let it ruin me." I said glancing out the window.

"One of my good friends are here so if you feel left out Lanie he should give you some company." He said and smiled at Lanie. He pulled into a parking lot of a nice restaurant. I rolled my eyes and got out of the car. He walked to open the door for me but I already did. "I can do it myself." I said. "I know I'm just trying to be nice." He said. "Save it." I said. "Well Lanie would you like me to open the door for you?" He asked. "No Harry I got it, but thank you anyways!" She said and smiled at him.

Suddenly a blonde boy walks out. He's wearing grey shirt and some blue jeans. He came up to me. "You must be Violet!" He said. "Yeah." I said. "I'm Niall! Great to meet you." He said happily. "Cool." I said looking away. He went up to Lanie and introduced himself. "I hope you like Sushi!" Harry said with a smile. I ignored him and walked in. Lanie followed after me. "The rude type?" Niall said to Harry. "She's not rude just quiet." Lanie said to both of them and continued to walk in. "Table for four?" The waitress asked. "Yeah." Harry said. And we followed her. Harry sits next to me and Niall next to Lanie. Niall and Lanie deep into conversation, Harry try's to start one. "So.. you never told me your favorite type of music." He said smiling. I played with my straw. "Why?" I said. "Why? Why what?" Harry asked. "Why are you so into my favorite type of music?" I said with a scowl. "Just trying to get to know you." He said. "Well my favorite type of music is silence." I said. And he looked away. Two guys walk in and make eye contact with me. I grin at them.

One of them looks at me with delight. I bite my lips and he licks his. I grin again. "I'm going out." I said. "Wait as in leaving?" Niall asked. "No for a smoke. Lanie are you coming along?" I asked. "No I'm fine." She said and I turn around. I make eye contact with the guy again and start walking away. "Why is she doing that?" Niall asked Lanie. "I don't know she's just like that." Lanie said. Harry watched me as I walked outside. The guy shortly followed after me. The air pierced my lungs as I lit my cigarette. The guy walked out. "You're trouble." He said eyeing me up and down. I grin at him. "So is he your boyfriend?" He asks me. "Who said I had a boyfriend." I said. "Well he seems pretty into you." He said. "That's cool I guess, doesn't mean I am into him." I said with a grin. He smiled. "Literal trouble. But I like that." He said smiling. He wrapped his hands around my waist. I just stand there. He begins kissing my neck. As I smoke he rubs his hands up and down my waist. Harry walks out of the restaurant. He catches me the guy and quickly runs to us. "God! Why do you do this?!" He yelled. "Harold. You're interrupting me." I said. "Listen, Please stop doing this to me. I don't get it. You are into me one minute and the next you're weird and with another guy! Just tell me are you into me or not?!" He yelled. This hurt. I like him, but I can't show emotions. "Drive me home Harold." I said and began walking to his car.
