being in sync with your demons is not what most people think it is. Well atleast in my opinion.
when i use the term "in sync" , i use it as a reference to being deeply connected, or having the ability to relate to someone (in this case, the worst versions of yourself).
its similar to having on and off buttons that you can use in difficult situations, or, if you're like me, when you want.
as people say, practice makes perfect, and the more you use these buttons, the more in sync you shall become with them.
