Welcome to another chapter of GI! In this chapter, we have angsty Lumine still sour about what happened to Khaenri'ah. Aether trying to comfort her, (M/N) being a big brother. And seeing an old friend along the way.

Also, I've been debating whether to make the reader bisexual. While I have no problem with the LGBTQ community, because to me: love is love (unless it's forced, then there is a problem). There are only certain lines I draw, the main one being pedophiles (sick bastards).

But I know how some people tend to be. And at times, I don't know if they are actually being serious, or if they just being trolls wanting to make things difficult.

But then again, this is my story. And I'll decide how to write it. Unless it's unintentionally offensive, I ask that you be respectful in the comments. If I accidentally write something offensive, please let me know. Because most likely I will either A) Not realize it. Or B) Not realize it is offensive due to my own understanding on things.

Oh, and there will be mentioned of themes when mentioning (M/N) love life.

"The breeze here feels nice."

(M/N) commented as the trio and floating fairy walked to the direction of Mondstadt.

"It does feel clean, and soothing." Aether agreed, taking in the gentle breeze.

"Yeah, it does." Lumine said quietly.

Frowning, (M/N) turned his head towards the girl.

"Is something bothering you, Lumine?"

(M/N) asked, perplexed at the 'young' girl despondent reactions.

Sighing, Lumine spoke up:

"It's just, the Gods mercilessly destroyed that nation with no sympathy nor remorse, for most of the Gods, with their actions."

"It's just not right!" She shouted. "What did Khaenri'ah ever do to be destroyed!?"

Her outburst stopped their leisure walk as the three stared at her.

"And who is this Sustainer of the Heavenly Principles anyways? Why did she lead the attack and try to stop us from escaping?"

"Lumine" Aether stared sadly at his sister. This was one of the reasons why they did not linger for long on any world. She would feel like it's her duty to right the injustice happening on those worlds.

But that was not their job. They were merely 'travelers' in the sense that they journey to see the wonders of the worlds.

Both good and bad.

(This is going to be my headcannon on why the Abyss sibling is trying to wage war against Celestia. They lean slightly more to the emotional/justice spectrum of things)

They were not meant to interfere in the affairs of other worlds. The only way they would intervene is if they had no choice.

"Sister, you know that the Gods are capricious beings." Aether began. "And you know that everything happens for a reason. The destruction of Khaenri'ah happened for a reason."

"Now whether the reason is good or not, is another story."

He finished, causing Lumine to gain a contemplative look on her face.
