(A/N I am sorry that I took so long to write again, I have had low motivation past few months since we only just graduated. It's been quite stressful lately but I hope you enjoy this<3)
I awoke, again, but this time a little happier than last time. I look over to see my phone in the exact some shape as it was before, just a few cracks. I pick it up to check the time.
Damn 3:00 pm already
I decide to actually be productive and get out of bed. I stood up. Wrong move. I instantly became dizzy and felt nauseous. With all of the other things going on ( like sleeping) I had forgotten of my injured head. I use all of my strength to stand up and walk over to my closet.
I grabbed the handle of it and I felt a little reassurance that I had something to lean on. I open the door wide to have a better look at all of the outfits. They were different but stunning. Gamer shirts, oversized hoodies, comfy shorts and most importantly the stunning dress.
I may not wear dresses that much but this one was gorgeous. Satin ribbon, a laced bodice and a knee length skirt all colored in (F/C). I looked at it in awe as my fingers ran across the material. I made sure my room was locked before snatching the dress and slipping off my clothes then into it. I finished perfecting the placement of the straps and decided to pair it with some (gold/silver) heels.
I basically ran to the mirror and my jaw dropped. I don't like dressing formal but for this I would make an exception. I suppose it isn't exactly suitable for going out though. I ran to my closet again and grabbed a random outfit. Then I tied my hair into a ponytail.
This is perfection, not too much, not too little.
I walked downstairs, threw on some trainers, grabbed my DS and phone and walked out of the door, locking it behind me. I grab my DS and start playing (F/G). I just hung my head down with my eyes glued to the screen. I was walking to a nearby park but suddenly I walk into something.
Just my luck
It took a few seconds to realize that it was a person. " I am sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going," I muttered. I look up at the person who had managed to maintain their balance. My gaze was met with a teen. Male I believe? With golden cat like eyes and two-toned hair, his appearance definitely shocked me. His hair reminded me of a pudding. " It's ok I guess," he says while reaching out a hand for me to take. I hesitated but he seemed trustworthy enough, so I gladly accepted his hand and he pulled me up.
"I am (Y/N). (Y/N) (L/N) What's your name?" I asked trying to get us out of the awkward situation. "It's Kenma Kozume," he says with a little bit of a smile, " I suppose you play (F/G)." He smiled as he looked over at my DS. "Who doesn't, it's amazing!" I exclaim excitedly. "What school do you go to? I don't think I have seen you around before." He asked curiously. "I am going to Nekoma next week, it isn't far from where I just moved to. What about you?" I ask back, happy to be out of the silence but felt bad for lying about the moving part.
I didn't know what to say because I can't just walk to a person and be like " hey I just fell through a portal in my science class and ended up here. "Nekoma," he mutters which kind of made me jump. He had pulled me out of my thoughts maybe a little too quickly because he took one look at my face and said," oh I'm sorry, did I scare you?" "No not at all," I say with a hint of sarcasm. "I have to go but hope to see you around (Y/N)." " You too Kenma," I say clearly proud of my progress. I mean, I have only been here a day and I have already made a friend. As we walked off in different directions, I made a mental note of his appearance and voice, for emergency purposes.
I stop and turn around to look over at the sunset one last time before unlocking my door and stepping inside.
It really is beautiful here, I am starting to enjoy this.
