~Player 2 - My Player 2~ Kenma Kozume X Reader

Nekoma

( The photo is my aunt's dog, Luna. She is around 2 years old and I love her so much. Onto the chapter!)

I had gone to bed that night with my head flooding with thoughts.

What's going to happen when I go to Nekoma tomorrow? Will I make friends? I mean Kenma goes there so I will know someone.

I close my eyes and relax.

Tomorrow may be stressful but I will make sure I am prepared for it!

*Buzz , buzz*

I reached over and slammed my hand on the snooze button. Then it hit me. I shot up and if you would've known any better, I could've woken from whiplash. I was going to Nekoma. The day I have been waiting for. I got up, snatched the uniform that I had ordered online and ran into my bathroom. I started applying little makeup before doing my hair. I kept my hair in (f/s) after a long time of deciding what to do with it.

I ran downstairs and grabbed my backpack as well as a piece of toast. I grabbed a sandwich that I had pre made for my lunch and rushed out of the door, locking it behind me. I ran down the road hoping to at least make some friends or allies before school. I bumped into someone once again.

"I am so sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going," I said, annoyed at myself for repeating the same clumsy mistake as yesterday. At least I made a friend out of it. "It's ok (Y/N)," a very familiar voice called from a few feet above me. I snapped my head upwards, almost breaking my neck with the sudden force. "Kenma!" I say excitedly. At least I wouldn't be walking to school by myself. He looks down at me and offers a hand to help me up. I grab it and stumbled up. "Someone is excited for school," he mutters. " Well it's my first day, what do you expect?" I say back. " I will warn you once that my friend group is insane and I do not take part in any crazy ideas or activities they have or do," he says taking a moment to think and looking down at his game.

After a few minutes of talking, we arrived at Nekoma. I took a moment to admire the building before getting yanked towards a group of boys that surrounded Kenma.

These are probably his insane friends he was talking about.

" Hi you are the one that Kenma is talking to?" A guy with spiky black hair asked, his smirk widened by the second. " Yes I am," I say. He just smiles and looks over at Kenma. "Oi Kenma, you chose a pretty one, where'd you find her? He asks the pudding head who was staring down at his game. " Kuroo we aren't together, we are friends and we met in the park when she bumped into me," he replied calmly. He must deal with this a lot. "Anyways I am Kuroo, Kuroo Tetsuro," he looks down at me, smiling.

Damn everyone here is so tall.

"I am (Y/N), (Y/N) (L/N)," I say smiling at him. "Kenma talked about you a lot last night so I am glad we get to meet in person," Kuroo says smirking with a slight glance over at Kenma. Kenma looked like he was going to literally murder Kuroo so I had to step in. " Kenma said that there is a group?" I say, interrupting the uncomfortable glares they sent each other. " Yes, it's basically our volleyball team!" Kuroo chirps.

His mood changes quick.

"We have about ten minutes before school so go quick," Kenma said. He grabbed my hand and looked into my eyes. If looks were words he would probably be apologizing. "Let's go then," Kuroo grabs my hand and Kenma's DS then he started running. I heard Kenma gasp as he had his game snatched off of him. " Come back here bitch," he shouts behind us. I couldn't run as fast as Kuroo so he bent down and let me get on his back then he sprinted. We were both laughing ( Kuroo's signature hyena laugh) at poor Kenma who was a few feet behind.

Kuroo ran into the gym where there were a few other boys who looked at us curiously but understood when Kenma ran through the door. Kuroo placed me down and we kept running around before flopping onto the floor and sighing in defeat. Kenma snatched his game and before he shouted at us, the bell rang.

Perfect timing.

"Hey let's meet up here after school so you can meet the others!" Kuroo said lightening the mood. " Sure, see you all later," I say rushing to my first class. I am pretty happy with this school and the friends that I have made already.

Let's hope these memories are ones that will last a lifetime my friends. <3
