Chapter 02

It is our last class today and my phone beeped because someone message me.

From: Kyle

Hi, Love! I'm here outside your school. Text me if you're already at the gate. I love you.

Oh, It came from him.

To: Kyle

Hello, Love! I'm already near at the gate. See you and I love you, too.

I replied to him even though he didn't reply to my last message.

I saw him outside our school near the fishballan. I went to him and hug him. I missed him so much.

"I miss you, Kyle." I said to him. He smiled and then kiss my cheeks.

"I miss you, too." He said. I smiled and hug him tighter.

"Let's Date?" tanong niya sa akin at tumango  naman ako bilang pagpayag ko. 

Habang nasa loob kami ng kotse ay inayos ko ang mga gamit ko sa harap ko at inilagay sa likod ng kotse niya para mas kumportable akong makaupo. Nang marealize niya na wala na ang mga gamit ko sa harap ko ay inilagay niya ang isang kamay niya sa aking hita na palagi niyang ginagawa kapag magkasama kami.

While he's driving, I keep on staring at him because he is so  handsome and I can't stop admiring him.  He looks at me when he realized that I keep on staring at him and then he kissed me. I smiled because of that.

I like him at the first glance and then I started to love him when I get to know every inch of him.

Habang busy siya sa pagmamaneho ay biglang tumunog ang phone niya na iniabot niya sa akin para tignan kung sino ang nagtext. I saw one text from his phone.

From: Adan

Where are you? I need to talk to you.

Who is Adan? He doesn't have a friend named Adan. Is Adan a classmate? or His relative that I didn't know?

"Who sent the message?" he asked while his eyes are on the road. "It's from Adan." I said.  I saw his eyes looks so shocked while driving because I am staring at him, waiting for his reaction. 

"Adan is asking your location because he wanted to talk to you." sabi ko sa kaniya para makita kung ano ang magiging reaksyon niya ulit. Wala siyang reaksyon pero nakita ko sa mga kamay niya dahil sobrang higpit ng hawak niya sa steering wheel.

Tinigil niya ang kotse sa tapat ng Mcdo kung saan kami kakain ngayon. Pinagbuksan niya muna ako ng pinto bago kinuha ang phone niya sa kamay ko.

"Maghanap ka ng table natin, Tina." utos niya sa akin. Naghanap naman ako at nang may nakita na ako ay itinaas ko ang kamay ko para makita niya kung nasaan ako. Tumango siya sa akin at tumalikod na para umorder. Habang naghihintay siya ng order namin ay palagi siyang nakatutok sa phone niya at parang galit kung magtype dahil sa sobrang diin ng pagkakahawak niya sa phone.

"Sino si Adan? I never heard that name from you. Is he your classmate? a relative? or a new found friend?" I asked. Tinanong ko siya para matahimik ako dahil hindi ako matatahimik kung hindi niya sasabihin sa akin kung sino iyon o kaya kung hindi ako magtatanong. In order for me to know, I need to ask.

Hindi agad siya nakasagot tila pinag-iisipan kung alin ba sa nabanggit ko ang pipiliin niyang sagot. Nag-intay ako ng ilang minuto para sa sagot niya pero wala akong nakuha hanggang sa nakuha na niya ang order at nagsimula na kaming kumain. I chose to stop asking him, again because I know na sasagutin niya ang tanong ko kung kailan siya ready. I always wait, hindi ako namililit, para sa akin kasi ang pamimilit sa isang tao ay isang masamang gawain.

Nang matapos kaming kumain ay nagpaalam siya para magrestroom. Habang nasa restroom siya ay inayos ko muna ang pinagkainan namin at iniligay ito sa tray para ang service crew ay hindi na mahirapan. This is a simple thing but a great help to other people. While I was waiting for him, I scrolled on my social media accounts for updates. 

While I was scrolling, there was a message from my classmate.

From: Groupchat (Accountants)

Pls. Review for the upcoming quiz tom. Thank you and Have a nice day.

It's my teacher. I needed to go home to review because I needed to ace our quiz tomorrow so that I can still be qualified for latin honors. I texted Kyle that I need to go home because there will be an upcoming quiz.

To: Kyle

Hi, Love! Where are you? Ang tagal mo sa restroom. I need to go home now because there will be an upcoming quiz tomorrow. I need to review.

After I sent the text, I waited for him so he could fetch me home but After an hour of waiting, there was no Kyle, I checked my phone, there was no reply. I needed to go home. I didn't wait for him its a waste of time. I texted him, again.

To: Kyle

Hi, Love! I'm sorry if I can't wait you because I really need to go home. I waited for one hour at the Mcdo but you didn't came. Is there any emergency at your home? Where are you?

After I texted him, I leave the place and go home.

Minutes had passed but Kyle didn't reply to my message.

Maybe there is an emergency?

Baka sumakit ang tiyan niya?
