Nyonika smiled brightly. Her eyes were on Nandini only since she had stepped inside. Nyonika was looking at her with utter adoration. "Maa, you couldn't recognize her hearing the name too? But I recognized her by looking at her only. I know only one girl who has such round beautiful eyes."
Hema looked at her in confusion. "Whom are you talking about?"
"Maa, don't you remember Shanno?"
"Shanno! Our Shanno? How can I forget her?" This name brought back so many memories to Hema.
"I'm sure Nandini is her daughter. I had seen her when she was a kid. She has grown up a lot. My mistake, she was of Manik's age. So, she is bound to grow up. But she has become more beautiful with her age. Do you remember how pretty she was as a kid only?" Nyonika remembered the old days.
"She is our Nandini?"
Nyonika nodded her head. "She didn't recognize us?"
Other hand, Nandini and Seher were talking to Kabir, Vihan and Bulbul.
"Nandini is here. Come fast."
Vihan didn't forget to text Manik. Then he looked at Nandini and smirked mentally. 'Tonight my bestie is gonna have a hard time. Nandini's look is going to kill him for sure.' He couldn't help smiling, imagining Manik's condition.

Manik jumped out of his place as soon as he received Vihan's text. He was coming out of his room at speed but halted thinking of something.
"Control, Manik Roy, control. You need to behave normal. There's nothing to run like this." Manik scolded himself.
Nandini and Seher were sitting in the hall when Shreekant, Jatin and Abhimanyu came out. They got up seeing them.
Manik was also coming down but his pace stopped seeing Nandini. Her smile froze him at his place. He felt everything around blurry. His eyes were stuck on Nandini only. She was speaking in her own way. Sometimes she was smiling, sometimes she laughed, again she was fixing her hair which was coming on her face. Manik was admiring her in amusement.
Vihan noticed Manik and his expression too. Then he looked around sighing in relief that no one had noticed Manik till now. He hurriedly went to him. He needed to do something before someone spotted Manik and guessed anything. He called Manik a few times but got no response from him.
"Akhon main teri ajab si ajab si adaye hain...." Vihan sang a little louder in Manik's ear.
This time Manik came back to his senses. Hearing the voice all of a sudden, he shrieked. Then he noticed Vihan and glared at him. "What're you doing?"
