Basement

The 6 friends went down the stairs leading to the basement. Once down a corridor was offered to them. Surprisingly, this one was quite clean and well lit. In summary: a warm place, as the group headed to a completely unknown basement.

After a few minutes of walking they arrived at the end of the corridor.
- Woow.. I didn't think the house would be so big. Jay exclaimed.
Indeed, the 7 boys arrived in a large room. It was dark the main source of light was lanterns hung above the doors.
Red, green and yellow. The 3 doors the woman was talking about were there. They approached.
*clack*
A snap was heard then Sunghoon appeared in the center of the room.
followed by K.

- Shit.. they arrived sooner than expected. Riki whispered.
- Hi! It's been a long time guys. exclaimed K laughing.
Sunghoon leaned against one of the doors to their left while listening to his friend.
- Why are you looking at me with your eyes lost there, well... since you make me feel sorry for you, we're going to give you the use of each door.
K turned to Sunghoon.
- Green door. We start gently, your exit door but also a secure area. Sunghoon put his arm through it.

The doors looked like some kind of portals or an elevator.
Imagine a small room with a transparent laser wall for entering and exiting. You just have to cross it.

- It has a certain functionality, a constraint, depending on the time a certain number of people must be inside. And you can't get out of it, unless the number of people is respected. For example let's imagine that Riki, Sunoo and Jay are inside but the minimum is 2 people so one can go out-

No one made a noise anymore as if they were waiting for the other to make the first move.
EJ broke the silence.
- Well, enough fun, I'm going back to K! He ran towards K but Jay caught him just a few steps away*.

He raised his eyebrows.

- SORRY? REPEAT! EJ was struggling he had only one desire: to send his fist in the face of his friend. He couldn't even trust him anymore and that hurt him.

The boys watched the other two argue. They felt a little sad for EJ, his friend K was making no effort to help him. Maybe him too had been forced to come here by this woman? Either way, pity or not Jay had no desire to let EJ go. After all he had gone through with his friends to finally get here, the last stop, it was out of the question.
EJ was defeated. He could have run but his hands were still tied and Jay would have caught him or K would have thrown him back to Jay himself.
- Well you have 1 hour before dawn.. good luck! Exclamed K before teleporting. He had disappeared from their field of vision. Only Sunghoon remained with his face to the ground, he was thinking.
- What are we doing? Jungwon asked.
- First let's put EJ in this red door.

Heeseung grabbed the boy and with Jay's help they pushed him towards the red door to the right of the room. Jake, Sunoo and Jungwon followed them.
Of course, the boy was struggling. He didn't want to be locked in that door or lose his mission.
He kicked back and his foot touched the older boy's. Heeseung let go of him to grab his ankle.
Jay pushed the boy down. He had more than enough.
- HEESEUNG. Sunoo helped his friend up as Riki fearfully approached the green door to their left.
- Maybe you should go inside to see the minimum number? Sunghoon had teleported close to him.

Riki fell to the ground.
Then a small luminous panel caught his eye.
"Obligation: 1 person"
He immediately turned back to the laser wall, the outside was blurry but he could see Sunghoon's smile.
Jake who had followed the others turned around hearing Riki shout.

- WHAT DID YOU DO TO HIM?! He moved closer.
- Nothing really bad, I even made it easy for you.
- YOU He held himself back. Jake couldn't afford to deal with it. To tell the truth, he couldn't, seeing his best friend mean and ignorant of the situation hurt him enough. He lowered his head. He didn't want to meet Sunghoon's gaze and see the fear he had seen before in his eyes.
- So Jake? Sunghoon leaned in front of him to see his face but he turned his head away.

- GO AWAY . screamed Jay.
He punched EJ in the face causing him to go back. By fighting EJ had succeeded in detaching both his hands from the belt. Jay was bleeding in the face but he couldn't stop attacking. Not now, he had to lock EJ in that red door right now. Jungwon tried to separate Jay from EJ to protect him but he was weak against him. Jay was acting impulsively. He was not thinking and was putting his friends in danger unnecessarily.

EJ quickly came back and pushed Jungwon who fell with his back to the red door.
- DON'T YOU DARE TOUCHING HIM!Jay yelled before slapping him in the face again. Jungwon didn't know what to do anymore, he wanted to help Jay but he was paralyzed with fear and shocked by the violence of this scene. Heeseung had joined Jake and Sunghoon near the green door. He thought staying together was a better idea than scattering at the risk of being attacked by surprise.
He paid no attention to Sunghoon and grabbed Jake's wrist to drag him to the back of the room with the others. Jake reacts immediately upon seeing Jay fight. He came up behind EJ's back then grabbed both of his wrists. In shock he didn't see Jay coming back in front of him. He punched him in the stomach.
EJ fell to his knees and coughed up blood. He was exhausted.
Jay also collapsed.
Jungwon grabbed EJ's shoulders to carry him with Heeseung. Both took advantage of the boy's moment of weakness to lead him to the red door.
The door wasn't very far. Heeseung dropped EJ in front of the door to return to Jay still on the ground. Jungwon was alone with the boy, he looked him straight in the eyes. He was sad for EJ, he didn't know him and won't be able to explain why but he was sad. He gently pushed EJ through the red laser without hurting him too much, he didn't say anything he even wanted to smile at Jungwon's tenderness. Yes, they were enemies but EJ couldn't help but think that. He wished he had a friend like Jungwon, who takes care of him like he took care of Jay a few minutes before.

Jungwon lowered his head and whispered "sorry" before heading back to his friends.
Game over for EJ he couldn't do anything but feel sorry for himself. What was the woman going to do to him when she found out he was locked in the red door?

The boys gathered around Jay. Sunghoon watched them from the green door where Riki was.
- Are you ok? Jungwon tore off a piece of cloth from his shirt to wipe the blood on his friend's forehead.
- You didn't have to tore it up.
- At the point where we are, it is no longer very important. Jungwon smiled at him.
- How do we do now K disappeared again.. Said Heeseung.
- I'm afraid.. he can appear anywhere.

- We're all together, it's going to be fine, Sunoo.

- GUYS A SECOND PERSON MUST COME!!
They turned back to Riki. Heeseung nudged Sunoo's shoulder to tell him to go. Without thinking too much he ran to the green door to get to the safe zone.
*beep* The screen displayed the number 2 when the blonde arrived.
Sunghoon had not moved. Jake was still facing him. Nobody acted, who would have thought that we were currently in the middle of a battle?
- Boo.
Heeseung was grabbed by the back of his sweater.
K had returned and decided to go after Heeseung. Jay got up thinking about it but stumbled.
- JAY! For number 3 go to safety with Sunoo and Riki please you are hurt and tired.. Said Jungwon
- Never! Jay disagreed.

- But it's dangerous! Stop acting like that you are stupid.
Jay didn't listen and ran to help Heeseung against K.
Sunghoon appeared in front of Jungwon and shoved him. He banged his head on the ground which stunned him. He grabbed him by the collar.
Jake who hadn't followed Jay turned around.
- LEAVE HIM ALONE! TAKE ME IF YOU WANT TO BUT PLEASE DON'T TOUCH HIM. he shouted.

The situation had become tense, Sunoo and Riki were now safe but what would happen to the others?
