Tiffany's POV:
I'm chilling on my bed, thinking about how lonely it is without Jacob in it too. My phone beeps in the pocket of my jeans. I pull it out to see 10 missed messages from BBgorl, Savannah.
BBgorl: HEY
BBgorl: TIFF! I NEED TO TELL U SMTH!
BBgorl: ANSWER!!
BBgorl: Ok so my brother got really mad
BBgorl: He found out abt me and Keegan!
BBgorl: That's what I get for trying to play the lonely kid
BBgorl: TIFFANY OPEN YOUR PHONE!
BBgorl: You said this would be a good idea! You said I could get his money but he's weird and he's pissing my brother off!
BBgorl: I hate him! I hate Keegan and Blaze! TIFFFFFF
BBgorl: That's it. Me and him r done. Blaze just said he was gonna find Keegan
I stare at the screen of my phone with my jaw wide open. What the hell!? Did all this just happen?
Me: Call me asap!
My phone instantly begins ringing and I pick up, anxious for what she's about to cry about.
"Tiffany, finally you got off your ass and checked your phone!" she screams. I feel my shoulders drop for this lecture that's inevitably about to come. But I quickly change the subject.
"Did you really get caught, Sav?" I laugh. I hear her groan from across the screen, "Shut up! It's not funny!" I smile at the thought of her brother hunting Keegan down. "You're such a ditz. It's gonna be okay, just dump him" I say light heartily.
"But...we made out" she mutters. I feel my stomach churn in disgust, ew. Imagine kissing Keegan? He probably doesn't even brush his teeth. "Ewww Sav! Why!? Just get rid of him"
"My brother is gonna wait outside the school on Monday for Keegan. What do I do!?" Savannah exclaims. Did she care about him or something? "Do you like him?" I ask. There was a pause before her answer.
"No. I just wanted a distraction..."
What did that mean? "Okay so then find someone else. It'll be fine, I'm here for you, girl" I sigh, feeling a little twinge in my heart. Sometimes I felt she prioritized boys over our friendship.
"Meet me after school on Monday. We'll watch it play out" she laughs. I giggle in agreement, then add, "And I'll bring Jacob, too"
We end the call and that sums up my anticipations for school to begin. God, I can't wait to see what happens.
