We are crazyyy about this book! It seems like we've been pumping out chapters left and right lmao

This time in Bros & Hoes, we'll see a little bromance between Jacob and Keegan. That's what you came here for, right? Well, maybe Savannah and Tiffany will play a role in this hot and steamy love story as well ;)

(WARNING: The last scene contains minor sexual content!)

Jacobs POV:

I sit in the chair beside his bed. Keegan's bed. He was sound asleep, that hit must've knocked him out. I can't blame him, Blaze was not a force to be reckoned with.

I checked my phone. I see a missed message, could it be mom? My heart speeds up a little, then halts when it's just Tiffany. Ugh, what did she want now?

Tiff: Heyy babe. I'm gonna be at Savs so I can't make it tonight. Sorry xoxo!

I feel the weight taken off of my shoulders as I read the text. I couldn't have made it anyways but thank god I don't have to listen to her bitching about it all of tomorrow. Our relationship is one-sided, to say the least. She's fun once and a while but no matter how hard I try, I can't fully commit to staying with whatever she even is.

I hope to dump her sooner than later. And considering how her best friend, Savannah, treats guys, I don't think it'll be too much of a shocker for Tiff.

"What are you doing here...?" I hear him say groggily. I look at Keegan, his hair is a mess and his eyes are drowsy. He must have just waken up. And Jesus, his nose was swollen as fuck.

"I brought you to your house. How are you?" I say. It wasn't my job to take care of him. It shouldn't have even crossed my mind of intervening but the moment Blaze lifted his hand...I just couldn't help myself. I even dented his car but I don't think that's on his mind right now. He's dealing with assault charges at the moment.

"Oh." Keegan croaked. There was a long pause. The atmosphere was so bitter I could practically taste it. I get it, he didn't like me. I didn't like him. But when shit comes down to that, he could have at least said thank you.

"You can go" he finally sighed. Once again, that motor in my heart turned on. I wanted to yell in his face, I had defended him, kicked his hoe of a girlfriends brothers ass and even stayed by his side. All so he could brush it off like nothing. Why did I care so much!?

"I'm sorry I hit you. You pissed me off and...I dunno. Don't call me rich boy ever again. Please" I confessed. His big blue stared into mine. I looked away, feeling a little embarrassed. I sounded like a little bitch when I said that!

"Okay," he murmured, that one word answer stepped on my last nerve, but before I could open my mouth he added, "I never thought you liked me. You always teased me when I did nothing to hurt you. And...thanks for bringing me here. How is Savannah?"

Of course, it circles back around to Savannah. She's the damn reason we're here right now. It was time he got a wake up call, "She dumped you. Maybe getting laid was her only focus-"
