Bio: She is born with Alexithymia, is when a person has difficulty identifying and expressing emotions. It is not a mental health disorder. People with alexithymia may have problems maintaining relationships and taking part in social situations. Due to this she is bullied and abused by her classmates and parents, she was also genius and soon realizes that she was more superior to them and saw people nothing more than dirt under her shoes, so Izumi staged her parent's death and becomes a doctor for Villains, especially for the League of Villains. She earns the #1 Villain's trust, so not only does he make her in charge of his Nomu project but gives her 4 strong quirks. 

Appearance: Amanda is of an average height, Her round face framed by a short mess of fluffy black hair which sticks up at odd angles around her head, casting noticeably dark shadows onto itself, which grows over time. Their irises the same black color as her hair, which at times are very watery, usually squinted, giving her an netural appearance. She has a set of four symmetrical freckles in diamond formations, one on each cheek, but despite these prominent traits. She has a lean slender figure and is mostly seen in her uniform.

Medical Mastery: The user, either innately or through training, is a master of medical procedures, enabling them to easily treat others' injuries and create medicines. One with this ability can cook up concoctions and remedies for ailments with nearly anything in one's environments. They are also able to tell which things in the wild (or in one's kitchen) are poisonous and which are safe to ingest or to use to treat injuries. This ability is not always accompanied by the ability Healing, just the ability to discern sources of natural remedies in domestic products and the like.

Quirks:

#1 Search: It allows the user to monitor and observe up to a hundred people at a time. This includes knowing their locations and weak points. The individuals being observed are visualized through the Quirk as star-like vestiges, and can allow the user to know their location up to even miles away.

Search also permanently stores the information gained after its usage.

#2 Grave Robber: it allows the user to take quirks from dead people and improves them 5×

#3 Life Force: Life Force allows the user to double their life span, causing them to age at a slower rate, making them look much younger than they really are. This is why Izumi looks as if she's still  7 or 8 when she really is at least 19 years old. If the Quirk is cancelled, the user rapidly ages into a much more decrepit shape.

#4 Air Wall: This lets the user create circular shields made of compressed air from their hands in order to shield themselves. These barriers are strong enough to withstand powerful attacks such as All Might's punches. The barriers can be layered for greater protection, and the user also has the ability to create a dome barrier around themselves to guard against attacks coming from different areas. Izumi can also use the shield to blast people away or fire powerful bursts of pressurized air able to knock down and even stun the opponent.
