𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙛 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙙𝙤𝙬, 𝙑𝙖𝙡𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙘𝙖𝙨𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙡𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩! Your thoughts swirled rapidly as you'd finally land a killing blow on the demon. The scream choked out by blood. ''𝘋𝘈𝘔𝘕 𝘠𝘖𝘜 ! 𝘋𝘈𝘔𝘕 𝘠𝘖𝘜 ! 𝘠𝘖𝘜 𝘍𝘐𝘓𝘛𝘠 𝘏𝘜𝘔𝘈𝘕, 𝘐𝘍 𝘐 𝘏𝘈𝘋 𝘎𝘖𝘛𝘛𝘌𝘕 𝘈 𝘏𝘖𝘓𝘋 𝘖𝘍 𝘠𝘖𝘜-'' The oni would choke out, his body disintegrating. ''God..Damn it..'' Your glare would turn to the demon, pity in your eyes. The demons face responding in a laugh. ''[L/N]! Are you okay?!'' Tanjiro came rushing forward, reaching you in seconds. ''I-I'm fine.'' You'd respond coldly. ''KYYYAA! [L/N]-San! You're okay!'' - ''Well-'' You'd look to your side nervously. Your [E/C] eyes widening in shock. There Giyuu was. He was seemingly holding this throat. Dull coughing sounds echoing through your ears. ''Tomioka-Sama!'' You'd call out in a panic, quick to get on your feet. ''[L/N]-San!'' Mitsuri would call out, running after you with Tanjiro besides her.

You'd plop down to Giyuu's side. His eyes transferring to yours. ''[L/N]-'' - ''Tomioka-Sama! C'mon, we're getting you to the butterfly estate either you like it or not! Mitsuri, can you help me here?'' You'd rapidly ask, frustration, confusion & sorrow in your eyes. ''On it [Name]-San!'' Mitsuri looked up and down Giyuu's figure, obviously thinking on where to pick him up. ''Never-mind Kanjiro-Chan, I'll get him!'' You'd say rapidly, Hoisting Giyuu onto your back quickly. ''Waa?! Was I too slow?'' The Love Hashira proposed, you'd shake your head as you'd continuously run.

''Is Tomioka-Sama alright Kocho-San?'' I'd ask, peeping into her office. ''He's okay, but he's healing very slowly. Tomioka-San probably wont be out in a couple months.'' I'd think back on the mission, racking my mind. Is there something important  you needed to remember? ''[L/N]-Chan, you can go check on Tomioka-San if you want.'' - ''Arigatō Kocho-San.'' I'd bow, heading to Tomioka-Sama's  Room quickly.

''Tomioka-Sama, are you alright?!'' My body jerked forward, causing me to collapse on my knees, I'd bring my head over my arms, looking up. Tomioka-Sama was sitting up. Unable to look at me. ''Tomioka-Sama? Are you alright?'' - ''I'm fine. Just dizzy.'' Giyuu's sentence was short yet reassuring. ''Sore wa anshindesu! You worried me so much...'' My face dug into the sheets. as I'd pull myself onto the bed. ''How are the injuries?'' Giyuu would shrug. Not leaving much of a response. ''[Name]. Why did you help me?'' I'd look up. ''Eh?'' - ''Why didn't you just.. Leave me there?'' Confusion filled my face. Until I finally realised. ''Tomioka-Sama, why would I leave you there? You would've died! Plus we need you.'' I'd place my hand on the Water Hashira's shoulder. Giving reassurance to his downed figure. ''[L/N]. I dont get how you could see me as a friend. I always get in the way.'' - 𝙄 𝙘𝙖𝙣'𝙩 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙩 𝙄 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙝𝙞𝙢 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙖 𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙙 ! 𝙄𝙩 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙡𝙙 𝙧𝙪𝙞𝙣 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜... I'd rack my mind for anything I could say. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙩 𝙞𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚. 𝙃𝙚'𝙨 𝙜𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙤𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧. I'd take a breath in. ''Who said I liked you as only a friend?''

''Who said I liked you as only a friend?'' I'd blink, looking over to [Name]. ''Best-friends?'' - ''No! Like!-..'' [Name] would go silent, her face morphing into a sad pout. ''I like you okay? Like, not as a friend, as in relationship wise.'' She'd bring her knees to her chest, her left arm alining onto the fabric that covered my right arm, avoiding any eye-contact. ''You never getting the way, I like being around you.'' She'd continue. I'd nervously shift closer to her form. '''Arigatō, [F/P/N]. I guess we could try it out.'' Her eyes gleamed with joy, her body shrining up as her arms warp around me. ''Hug me back damn it!'' I'd sigh, holding [Name]'s body close.

As we pulled away, a soft smile appeared on my face. [Name]'s joy was off the charts at that point.
