Mina was a wreck, nothing sounds better than that. "As long as you're willing to be with me, baby." She sighs from the kiss, and feels the magic succumbed her as a whole.

Chaeyoung ate her words that day, the way she did to the woman in front of her that same day.

Chapter 18

"What are you up to these days? You seem to be very busy 'bout.. something." If there's anything to say, Chaeyoung felt her heart bounced and like dead air flew by. The sound the small brush was making stops for a second. In a quiet moment, Sana suddenly spoke and Chaeyoung paused her scribbling.

"Mind sharing?" The paint drips off the edge of the canvass and her gaze went up to face the latter who's sitting in a small table near her.

"I've got.. got a friend online." Chaeyoung swallows, 'come on, think.' she lectures herself, as to not blow this up. "She's into gaming too and.." her voice trails, "we get along well that she invites me to her house to play."

'to play.. right.' she sighs and just wishing Sana missed that.

Sana hums then nods a little, "Can't you just play here instead? Your room is big enough for a visitor, don't you think?" Her hand picks up the almost forgotten brush as she continues to do her art.

"Oh, we've done that before." Says Chaeyoung. Sana raised a brow on that, she doesn't recall anything of sort, "You weren't here though."

It went dead silent again, and Chaeyoung feels something coming. "You've invited some stranger in our house without me.. knowing?"

She rolls her eyes subtly, didn't really want Sana to see. 'of course.'

"Chaeyoung, remember to be careful. She might be dangerous." Sana made sure they were eye-to-eye when she said that statement.

"But she's not." Chaeyoung teeth gritted. "Well, it's luck that she isn't." Sana spoke in matter of factly tone. "But promise me to tell me about it next time, I'll for sure agree to it. Just ask first." She reminds, but her talking only seems like scolding for the younger.

"Enough of that, how's your studies with Nayeon?"

There was no response and the only thing Sana could hear at the moment was Chaeyoung's heavy sighs and the way her pen moves on the paper.

Sana clears her throat, loud. Which clearly got Chaeyoung's attention, finally.

"Fine." She simply says.

"That's not-so-Chaeyoung, that's all you can say?"

Chaeyoung forgets how she'll use that pen again, as she slams it on the table quite hard. "I said it's fine and it's fine, that's it. I have no more to say." She spoke loudly. More like a yell, but a little less too. Although it's angry enough for Sana to notice.

"Are you raising your voice at me?"

"No, it's just you're being so repetitive. You've asked and I just answered."

Sana doesn't know what's wrong with Chaeyoung, all of the sudden she bursts and just talked sarcastically at her.

"Room, now." says Sana with a finger pointing at the door.

"What now?" Chaeyoung sounds as if she's growling, ready for whatever battle.

"I said room, this instant."

As Sana expects, Chaeyoung storms out of the room; feet stomping and fist curled tight.

"You know what to do, lock yourself there and think what you've done. It's been so long since you've made me mad, time to rethink your choices Chaeyoung!" Sana didn't fail to say before a door slams close.
