Mina was lost for words for a split second, "You mea-"
Momo nods as a confirmation like she knew what Mina was about to say, "Yup babe, she can be crazy."
Chapter 21
"Tea?"
Cloudy, late at night, a time wherein everybody is fast asleep but there is Chaeyoung offering a cup for her unnie before she head to bed.
Sana's head jerks up to catch a view of the latter, "Hey, I want to talk to you about something."
Chaeyoung didn't really thought about it as she found herself walking across the room and settling the tea cup near the lamp which is beside Sana's bed.
"Yeah?" Said Chaeyoung.
Sana let's her finger trails on the back of Chaeyoung's hand which the latter didn't mind as her unnie used to do that a lot whenever they talk like this.
"It's about cleaning your stuff once you're done with it. You're turning eighteen this week and you still have that same habit of leaving your things when the business is done."
Sana waits for something. A response. Anything.
"Oh."
"Yes." Sana takes a breath, Chaeyoung processed it.b
With a hand scratching her nape, she concludes herself guilty. "Sorry, unnie. I'll.. work on that."
"Are you sorry now or sorry about the things you've done lately that you obviously know that I don't like at all." Sana carefully and softly said. One word at a time to not wake up the stubborn side.
"Unnie." Her voice was stern, Sana is starting to be worried.
"Chaeyoung." She calls, wanting to have her attention. "Just know I'm teaching you these because when I'm gone and-"
"You won't be." Chaeyoung spoke which left Sana cuts her sentence. "You won't be gone." Chaeyoung repeats while Sana feels the hand she's stroking had gone to be a fist that's closing just a bit too tight.
"I would kid, everything has an end and you- we just don't know when all that would come." Sana clears her statement and she's just glad Chaeyoung didn't bother her this time. "So, as I was saying. I'm not mad or anything, I just want you to learn. Keep those in mind, the things I tell you."
The latter nods, "Okay."
Sana exhales and finds it reassuring after hearing Chaeyoung agreed. "Good and thanks, for the coffee darling." Sana lifts her own body up to go and lay a gentle kiss on Chaeyoung's forehead.
"Goodnight, unnie." Chaeyoung exhales from how soft her unnie's lips felt against her skin. "You too. Sleep tight, and don't let the bed bugs bite." Her unnie reminds, smiling as she smiles back.
--
The next day, she found herself muttering her name again. "Mina."
Small steps, that's what she heard after saying that magical word that left her mouth just seconds ago. It never felt wrong, bitter to her mouth. It just tastes so sweet, loving.
"Getting bolder, are we?" With a bowl of cut fruits, Mina strides to join the younger on the couch.
Chaeyoung snaps awake from reality, she just called Mina by her first name. "No- I don't really mean to.." her words trail off and this made Mina giggle. "Don't stress darling, you're good. So good." Her words ended in a sultry manner that allows Chaeyoung to gulp down to nothing.
"Remember.. remember when you said you want us to be more. May I know what more that is?" There, Chaeyoung bravely asked it.
Mina was stunned, didn't really expect that question coming from her. "You do know that our set-up isn't normal at all, right?" Her hand lays down on her thigh, slowly drawing small circles on the delicate skin.
"I am aware." Chaeyoung confirms and Mina nods then continues, "The thing is, your unnie doesn't want us to be together but I want it to be like that. The more I was referring to was about how public we should get, our relationship I mean."
So they're in a relationship. Chaeyoung was thinking a lot, like a lot. There wasn't any confirmation till now. She was only worried for nothing. 'We're a thing..'
Chaeyoung feels that that hand is getting somewhere not far from her crotch area and it fears her a little. They're in a deep talk and it might get ruined anytime soon, it seems. "Like you want others to know?" She asked quietly, her tongue already feeling tied in a knot.
"Yes, I want them to know how good you kiss and how good you touch me." Mina murmurs close to her ear, it tingles. If one give in, it's over. Moans will run out of their mouths like a stampede. It's insane.
"Hey Chaeyoung?" Mina stopped her ministrations and focus have engulfed her being for a moment.
"Yeah?" Chaeyoung stares as she asked.
"Is it okay to ask?" Mina stares back.
Chaeyoung hummed, "I guess it depends on what you'll ask me, but go ahead. Try me."
Mina scoots away and prepares herself by clearing her throat, "Sana isn't your sister, yes?" She begins.
Chaeyoung answers her with a nod and, "True. She isn't. I'm an orphan."
"Oh." Mina might've guessed it a long time ago but nothing like a confirmation like this would put her at ease. "Yeah, I was neglected because of you know.. from what I am." Chaeyoung adds, "What terrible people they are." and she just feels that it cracked her heart.
"I don't think about it that much now though." Chaeyoung looks far away, although a smile lit her face even if her eyes were so gloomy.
"And why?"
"Because I have her. Sana unnie." Chaeyoung spoke and her smile became wider. She do really care and love the older woman like a real sister.
Mina saw that coming but what she didn't saw was how she felt after hearing it straight from her lips. It just aches to know.
"I want to ask something more if you still consider of accepting another question."
"Okay. Shoot" Chaeyoung dares and eyes instantly went to look straight back at her.
Mina gaze at her lips then to those deep eyes that could get her lost in no time once she dives in, which she already did the first time they've met.
She then opens her mouth and spoke, "What do you think if I am here to say I want to put a ring on that finger of yours?"
A/N: BOOOOM BUTTERFLIES! 😩
