Chapter 2

She tried her best to stay as calm as she could but seeing as that she was lost in a forest that was pitch black it was pretty hard for her to do so. After a while of her aimlessly looking around in no particular direction out of pure fear she finally had enough, "You know what screw this." Y/n said aloud to herself finally growing enough courage to move from the spot she had been standing in for the past 5 minutes or so. She slowly started to walk forward with her hand out in front of her in case she'd run into any trees, after a bit of walking and literally hitting a few trees face first she finally made her way to a clearing where the moon lit up the small space. She let out a breath that she didn't even know she was holding in as she ran her way there mainly just for the little light source.

There wasn't much in the clearing just a few patches of beautiful white flowers and a tree that looked like it had fallen down. Y/n sat down on the ground in front of the flowers back pressed up against the log as she let out a sigh and a breathy laugh. "I can't fucking believe i got myself into this mess" she said to herself while pushing hair out of her face "I mean cmon how stupid can i be?!" She exclaimed louder than she wanted to, covering up her mouth just as fast as she finished her sentence she sat there holding her mouth and keeping her breathing as quiet possible while she listened for anything. After a while she sighed and moved her hands away from her mouth as she laid her head back into the log and stared at the moon.

Unbeknownst to her there was someone there, or rather something. Lurking in the shadows waiting for the perfect moment to take her, IT had been watching her for a while now and IT is was lead her here, IT found quite funny how she blamed herself when she had no reason to. Her coming into the woods was all ITS doing, IT did this on purpose IT wants to take her to ITS world and watch her suffer along with all the other people ITS taken.

After a while of staring at the moon Y/n could have sworn she heard something, it sounded like a whisper but she couldn't quite make out what they were saying, and she didn't want any part in it anyway so she ignored it, told herself it was her imagination. Or so she thought. After a few more minutes she heard it again this time louder, but again it was just an inaudible whisper, it sounded like they weren't even saying anything just mumbling to themselves. Now Y/n has become tense looking all around trying to find the source of the whispers. Much to her fear she did.

She heard it whisper one more time this time more clear, she froze in her spot as chills ran down her spine and she held her breath after hearing what it said. "Behind. You." was all she heard before she bolted forward into the woods again, she didn't know where she was and right now she didn't really care all she knew is that she didn't want to know what that thing was and how to got up behind her, but sadly as she ran she heard it laughing maliciously still right behind her. 'How the hell is it still behind me?!' she thought to herself as she picked up her speed thanks the the adrenaline rush she had. But that still wasn't enough she could still feel it trail her and mocking her every move.

Y/n had done a pretty good job not tripping on anything so far and she thought to herself that maybe, just maybe she could get out. But she thought wrong just as hope started to form within her mind it all dissolved and she tripped and fell landing straight on her face. And when she fell she heard the laugh again, she was shaking violently as she slowly turned around only to be met by a mass of pure black smoke. "W-What in the hell are you" she whispered not really expecting an answer. "I am The Entity" it said in a low voice, to Y/n it sounded demonic. "A-And what do you want with me?" she asked letting out a shaky breath. "You will see" it says before enveloping her in fog, it felt like she was freezing to death once the fog fully enveloped her body, she felt she was floating in an empty abyss. All she hears is a bunch of jumbled, mumbling whispers that made her skin crawl more than it already was, then the next thing she knew she was out cold.

She awoke to more whispers but these didn't sound like the last ones. These sounded like human whispers, she could actually understand them. She opens her eyes to see a beautiful night sky and the sound of a crackling campfire. As she started waking up more she heard the whispers much more clearly, 'who is she?' 'I don't know, do you think she'll freak out?' 'Did she come with a new killer?' That last question took you off guard and confused the hell out of you. 'Killer'? what did they mean by that? Where was she? What was that thing back in the woods? She had too many questions. She sat up slowly to be met with the whispers immediately stopping and the sight of around 30 something people all staring at her. "Who are you?" she asked in a low tone, scared out of her mind. A woman walked up to her wearing a pink button up t-shirt, blue jeans rolled up to the ankles, blue glasses, and her hair tied back into a ponytail. She briefly extended her hand, "Hey, i'm Claudette, what's your name?"
