Dream's pov:

Some time back

We were running and then I saw George fall...

I went straight to him and checked if he was still breathing...

Yes he was and I saw Sapnap and eret coming to me.

"What happened?" Sapnap asked
"I don't know I think he passed out" I said "that's not good we should get him to the doctor so we can check if he's okay" eret said "yeah that's a good idea" Sapnap and I both said

And then the teacher came and he asked "is he okay?" "I don't know I think he passed out but can we get him to the doctor" I said "yes you three can go with him" "thanks" we said

"I grab his head and you guys grab his feet's is that okay?" I asked "yeah"
and we lifted him and walked away with George to the doctor luckily we have a doctor in school so we we're there quick.

we arrived and the doctor asked us

"hello do any of you guys know what happened?" "no we don't know we we're running and then he passed out"
i said "okay, you guys can lay him on the bed"

and we layed him down on the bed

"i think its better if you guys leave so i can do some test and things" "okay" we three said and leaved the room.

"im worried about him why can he just pass out" i said "i don't know but it's going to be okay" sapnap spoke "i hope so i just met him today but its just i don't know" "it's okay does someone maybe have a crush?" Eret spoke and i blushed a little bit

"no i don't have a crush on him"
"why are you blushing then?" sapnap said and i blushed more "uhmm" "yes you do have a crush on him"

"no i just met him today and im not gay" 'rightt'

then ranboo came here and said
"what happened to george??"
"he passed out when we we're running"
"oh shit is he in this room?" he said and pointed at a door and sapnap, eret and i nodded our heads. And he goes inside.

"why can he go inside??" "i don't know but he seemed worried" eret said "mhm"

then the doctor came out of the room.

And she spoke "I know why he passed out I can't tell you guys because he should do it at some point by himself but that needs time I think. but he just waked up and he is okay"

"thats good can we go see him?" i asked "yes but let me ask first him and ranboo if there done talking" "okay!"
And she goes in the room we're george is.

george's pov:
the doctor came back in the room probably he was gone when ranboo and i were talking. And he said "can Clay, Sapnap and Eret come?"
"yeah"
"do they know about you being trans?"
ranboo asked and i shook my head

"thats okay they know about me and they are really nice about it."
i nod, and the doctor leaves again.

Some time later he came back with Dream, Sapnap and Eret.

"Hi" "Hey George are you okay?" Dream asked "Yeah I'm okay now" I said

"That's good we were worried about you" Eret said and dream nodded "Yeah we were" Sapnap said.

The bell rings

"George you can go to your lessons but be safe don't do it again en it can be that your chest hurt a little now but that should be gone after about 3 hours." The doctor said "Okay can I talk to ranboo for one second maybe?" I asked

"Yeah ofc I wait for you in the hallway" dream said and Eret and Sapnap nodded, and they and the doctor leaved the room. "So what do you want to talk about?" Ranboo asked

"Uhm... do you maybe have a sports bra I didn't take one to school it okay if you-" I said "Yeah ofc!! I have always one extra in my locker" "Thanks"

"We should go to my locker then which lesson do you now have?" "Uhm history"

"Same! We can walk together we're the only one that have that now so no one would ask what we're doing" "Okay!"
And we walked out of the room and we saw dream there standing.

"Hey dream, George and I have both history so you can go to your own lesson to" Ranboo said "Hi, okay! Bye!!" Dream said "Bye" Ranboo and I both said and we walked away

"We have to go this way there's also a bathroom so no one will see it" "That's good!" And we walked to his locker and he opened it and gives it to me
"Here go change I will be here"

And I walked in the bathroom and changed.
