THE CANTANKEROUS RHINOCEROS

I have experienced lots of frustration 

Over Wattpad's lack of notifications.

I have had ample cause myself to worry 

That the Support Staff is not in a hurry

To attend to all its writers' constant needs 

But instead makes us depend on the Newsfeeds 

To discover what is currently posted  

Or to find what we, poets, self promoted.

However, since my husband has been so ill 

And I have listened to the complaints of Bill

And other loyal friends of mine on this site 

Who have truly been so patient and polite 

But have recently contemplated leaving 

As a result of the latest upheaving, 

I have simply decided to just hang in 

And tolerate the Wattpad mess with a grin.

Though I really cannot take it much longer 

And, when I feel my husband is much stronger, 

The guilty culprits had just better watch out

As they discover I am prowling about. 

Since this situation is preposterous 

Or call it aggravating, or obnoxious;

I'm not just a perturbed hippopotamus, 

More like a CANTANKEROUS RHINOCEROS!
