backstory

"hey kai'yanna.. have you seen jamell." ms. jamie said as she was over here looking for him at like 6am. "uhh no. i'll ask kaideince." my momma said as she opened my door. the view they both could see was jamell and i cuddling as we were sleep.

"at least he safe, i guess." his mom said. my mom stood there in silence and shut my door back. me and jamell put our heads up from faking sleep.

"you outta trouble." i said putting my hand up to his cheek. he smiled and buried his head in my chest.

"jamellll." i said wrapping my arms around his head. he aint respond and i heard his light snores. i said his name again and he finally answered. "yea." he mumbled. "

"go home." i said. "you kickin me out? he mumbled again laying his head on my chest all the way. "we slept in since 11 in the morning." i said nudging his arm.

"what time it is." he said as he stretched. "6." i said as i sighed. "whatchu mean." he said shocked. "its 6 pm, jamell." i said slightly annoyed. "yo party.." he said searching my bed for his phone.

"go home to get ready." i said getting up and placing my birthday clothes out. i took my shower and went back to my bedroom to see jamell on my bed sleep.

"get upp." i said pushing his body. he groaned and got up. "happy birthday kaideince." he muttered. "thank you melly baby." i laughed. "melly?" he said. "it was just a little joke." i said getting ready.

"nah nah i like it." he said as he thought. i nodded and put my birthday outfit on. it was a nude dress with the rose whisper dunks and a white jean jacket.

my momma let me get a lacefront that was to my ass 😝. once i was done jamell knocked on our door and i let him in. "can you drive me to the hall?" i asked him poking my lip out as a joke. he nodded and got the keys from out his pockets.

i walked out the front door and he followed. i got in the passenger of his car and observed his outfit. "you actually followin my theme!" i said shocked. "mhm. you tryna be me with the dunks." he said pointing to my shoes.

"oh so you tryna match with THE birthday girl." i said vogueing. he side-eyed me and pulled into the parking lot of the hall and i saw tons of cars already there.

i checked my phone and gasped. i opened the door and ran to the entrance. once i walked in everybody in the hall gasped. i searched for my ma and immediately sprinted towards her.

"mom why you didnt wake me up?" i said out of breath. "thought you was busy sleeping with jamie son?" she shrugged. "for real mom." i deadpanned. "how you know?" i mumbled. "it smelt like dick, pussy, and ASS." she said with a drink in her hand.

i laughed and walked off. i found jamell talking to his friends. i stood beside him and whispered something in his ear.

"you invited the fine one!" i said. he laughed and nodded. i walked towards him and made my approach. "soo. you got a girl or whateva??" i said moving my finger along his chest.

juvy side-eyed me and walked off with sak. i put my head down and hugged jamell. the dj started to play a slow ass song and i continued to put my down on jamell's chest.

"you wanna dance?" jamell said wrapping his hands around my waist. "as friends." i laughed loud. i wrapped my arms around his neck and danced with him.

once the song was over the dj announced, "everybody form a dance circle!"

i aint gonna lie i was excited for jamell. i always knew he loved to dance and this was his opportunity to get the publicity he wanted. i pushed him in the middle and hyped him up.

he was moonwalking and his lil 'melvin' dance as he call it. weird ass nigga. he aint even tell me who dat was. i was his biggest hype man there for sure. once he was done he pushed me in there and i started dancing.

i wasnt as good as he was but everyone hyped me the fuck up as if i was doing good. once i was out of breath i got out the circle and sat down. "whatchu want to eat?" jamell said sitting beside me.

"can you get me some chicken and red beans and rice?" i asked him politely. he nodded and went over to the food area. i went on my phone and was mad bored at my own party. "girl we been saving up for your 15th for 3 years now. you better live it up. i'm allowing you to drink, smoke, all that shit girl." my mom said snatching my phone.

i rolled my eyes and walked over to jamell. "she said i could drinkk." i said grabbing a cup and filling it with hennessy. "whatchu know bout that hen?" jamell said handing me my food. i shrugged and drank from my cup. jamell handed me another cup that was filled with fruit punch.

"whats this for?" i asked taking another sip. "you can take it straight up!?" he shouted stepping back. the whole room got silent and turned towards us. "see, why you say it like that?" i whispered in his ear.

i shook my head and went to a table to eat my food. jamell sat beside me and was pretty much beside me the whole party.
we had a king, queen, prince, and princess event go on.

i just so happened to be queen, cause of my birthday. jamell was obviously the king. some girl named d'kayla was the princess. some friend of jamell named jalen was prince. we all ended up dancing together and shit.

my party was fun as hell and i was really hungover. i spent the night with jamell and we watched movies and was playing games once the party was over.

jamell got me one last gift before my birthday was officially over in his mind. "you one of us now." he smiled. i opened the box he handed me and saw a chain that said that said 'ynw'.

i was so shocked that i couldnt say a word. "you like it?" he asked confused. i nodded and opened my mouth still shocked. "you deserve some pussy, good man." i mumbled grazing my finger over the chain.

he laughed and laid back. "NOT NOW." i said touching my head. "oh so now you hungover." he sighed. i nodded and clutched my stomach. i ran to the bathroom and held my hair back as i threw up.

from that night on i wasnt feeling good at all. i got closer with jamell yesterday, today, and from them on.. but little did we know
