Hello folks! So "The Education of Oliver Wood" is the last in a two-part series and I highly recommend reading them in order, or else you'll be utterly confused.

Fair warning, this one starts out with most - if not all - of the characters in a dark place. The war has just ended and everyone is dealing with the after affects in various ways. Some healthy. Some not. Characters have changed. Again, some in good ways and others in not so great ways.

All I ask is that you stick with it. There will be growth for everyone (and I'm incapable of not writing a happy ending, so at least you know one is coming).

Hope you enjoy!

The MacKenzie Series:

The Reckoning of Emmie MacKenzie
Emmie MacKenzie has always been everyone's idea of a stereotypical Hufflepuff - at least on the surface. Quiet. Timid. Yet friendly and always willing to help. At times she comes across as a bit of a pushover - especially when it comes to her (sometimes) overbearing friends and (always) overprotective older brother.

She loves her life, her friends and family. And wants nothing more than to fulfill her dream of playing professional quidditch for the Arrows. However, she's tired of being quiet, scared, stuttering Emmie.

It's her sixth year at Hogwarts, and Emmie is determined that things will change. It's time to be more confident. Snog someone. And maybe, finally, do something about the crush she's had on her old childhood friend Oliver Wood since first year.

The Education of Oliver Wood
It's been years since Hogwarts and things haven't turned out the way they were supposed. Emmie and Oliver were supposed to live their happily ever after - get married, have amazing quidditch careers, and then have tons of quidditch-crazed kids.

But the war changed everything.

After losing his brother, Oliver went down a dark hole and couldn't pull himself out. Emmie tried to help, but after being pushed away a few too many times, she finally gave up, helplessly watching from the sidelines as he spirals out of control.
