Part 2

Today was the first day of school for Billy and Max, I filled out paperwork for food stamps and assistance with the kids. I groaned I got both kids down for a nap and I sat on the couch, when I sat down I heard a knock I got up again and opened the door, "hello I'm your neighbor from next door I'm Eddie I am also supposed to be in school." I giggled softly. "Hello my name is Alexandria Lacey Williams but you can just call me Lacey everyone does." I smiled. "You can come in." I smiled letting him in, "Thanks I can't stay long though." I chuckled , "That's fine sorry about the mess. I have two kids and my whatever he is at this point isnt here much." He scoffed. "Well I'm literally next door to you so if you need any help let me know I love kids." I smiled at him. "Anyway I'll stop by later with some food." I smiled. "How does 8 or 9 sound." I asked him as he smiled at me. "Perfect. Bye!" I put on my mix tape I got from Billy when we stared dating as I laid on the couch. I always hated being alone I know I am not alone because of my kids but I hate Billy being the way he is leaving me all alone here. 

After school was let out and pumping milk for Vincent and Nikki I sighed softly waiting for Susan and Max to get off school and whatever they were doing. I had Nikki in my lap as I was singing along to the music playing in the background. "dadadada." Nikki oh my god!" i squealed as Billy and Max came in. "Dada da da" Nikki squealed as Billy came in as he smiled. "Is that my princess?" I laughed as I handed him Nikki, "The neighbor will be over tonight with food or what not so yeah." Billy snapped his head up at me with this look telling me that he was not okay with that. I rolled my eyes and grabbed my purse. "Vincent is in his swing, you have Nikki now Max and I are waiting on Susan. You dad does know she is bringing us food shopping right?" He nodded as Max and I giggled. "I wish my red hair was as dark as yours." I blushed and smiled. "I love yours cause its bright and vibrant." She blushes as we heard a honk. "Be back later Billy do. not. fuck. up. or let any bitches in." he huffed. "But you can let the neighbor boy in." I looked at him and walked to him grabbing his face. "Do not talk to me like that William Hargrove I will fuck you up." I threatened as he looked at me a little scared. "I don't play games around MY children." 

He got mad; "You know what they are my kids too." I rolled my eyes, "Then fucking act like it! I know what goes on at school i'm not stupid we went through this shit already in Cali!" He sighed. "We will TALK when you get back!" I nodded and got into the car. "Fucking Billy!" I cried. "Stupid Hormones!" Susan laughed slightly. "You'll be okay and the kids will be okay Lacey." I smiled at her. "Thanks Susan and no matter what Neil and Billy think you are the best stuck in a shitty situation." She smiled patting my lag. After food shopping we stopped by the clinic so I could make appointments for the kids and myself. We ran a couple other errands as Susan said, "Could you take Max on weekends?" I looked at her confused. "Neil wants to go away every weekend and I know Billy is Billy and I know Max misses her niece and nephew so please?" "As long as Neil is okay with it." She smiled hugely. "Of course." I smiles softly. When we got back to my house as Billy came out to help. "Hey Alexia!" I heard I was confused as I seen Eddie. "Oh Hey Eddie how was school!" he sighed. "I was hoping to ask if you are any good at math and English I really need a tutor." I smiled. "Yeah hey when you come by later bring your textbooks and I'll help out." He smiled softly at me. "Thanks!" I chuckled and helped bring stuff inside. 

"So you haven't even finished school and yet you are tutoring?" Billy said as I rolled my eyes, "in the two subjects that I am amazing in?" He froze and sighed. "You have a point." I nodded. "Max and I will be here every weekend Susan already asked."  "I just didn't know about you she asked about Max." He scoffed. "You should know my dad by know If max goes I go." I laughed. "True you have a point." He helped me put everything away as Susan left with Max who hugged e. "Love ya kid." She smiled at me. "Love you too. Billy dad will want you home soon." He nodded. She left and I sat on the floor in the living room with my back to the couch. "M ma mama!" Nikki squealed as she crawled to me. "Oh baby." I kissed her face all over making her giggle. "Look I know we got off on the wrong foot since Nikki was born but I do love you." I sighed looking at him. "You don't act like it. I hate you dad and my mom forced us to marry we never wanted to be anything more than coparents and friends with benefits. I don't understand Billy." He sighed sitting next to  me. "I know everything is going to be worse now that we are here but I swear I will help between school doctor appointments." I sighed. "You don't want to be known as the guy who fucked up and had a kid Billy I know you." He sighed groaning. 

Billy and I worked things out kind of as he left I sighed in a bit of relief; Billy and I have never really worked as a couple. So when his dad and my mom found out I was pregnant they forced us to marry because our child couldn't be out of wedlock. I sighed softly as I heard the door again I got up and opened the door to see Eddie with bags of food from different places I laughed holding the door open. "Thank you for this." I told him. He smiled at me as he took off his shoes. "I'm going to make sure Nikki is okay and i'll be back." He nodded as he went to the living room to sit. I peaked in on Nikki as she was sound asleep. I heard Vincent fuss as I walked back into the living room to see Eddie picking up my son. "Sorry he was fussing he may need to be changed." I smiled as he handed me my son. "Thanks Eddie I appreciate this." He smiled before sitting again. "Drinks in fridge if you want something help yourself."

When she finally came back she put Vincent back into his swing and sat next to Eddie; "So what exactly do you need help with?" "So we are doing a Essay in English and I got Romeo and Juliet I have no idea where to start." I smiled hugely  "Okay have you read the play or even watched any of  the plays?" He shook his head as I giggled. "Oh your in luck I love Romeo and Juliet." He laughed. "now you get to suffer through the play!" I smiled at him making him groan. "Fine." I put the VHS in and turned on the TV. I went into my room grabbing my blanket I sat back on the couch wrapping myself into my blanket. "So quick unrelated question before we get into everything." "Mhm?" I looked at him. "That new kid Billy is he...he the babies father?" I sighed knowing it was going to come up sooner or later. "Yeah but please don't tell anyone he and I have an agreement. He can do him and I take care of my kids and he comes over on weekends to relieve me." He nodded. "He is kind of a bully to some of my club mates." I frowned. "What do you mean?" "So as of  lately I made a D&D club-" "Dungan's and Dragons?" I watched his face light up and nod eagerly making me laugh.
