A/n sorry if anyone is out of character, I'm trying to make it seem like lovesick teens so therefor they're gonna act different

It was exactly 2:52 pm. 8 minutes left of class. Vance was sat in the very back right corner of the classroom next to the windows, staring at Bruce who sat diagonal from him. The light from the windows made it look as thought Bruce was glowing. Vance thought he looked absolutely angelic in the light.

2:53 pm. 7 minutes left of class. Bruce turned his head to face the window. Vance decided English was was his favorite class because he could stare at Bruce the whole time.

2:54 pm. 6 minutes left of class. Bruce glanced back at Vance. Vance quickly looked away.

2:55pm. 5 minutes left of class. Vance looked back to Bruce only to find Bruce already staring at him. Their eyes met and Bruce gave him a sugary sweet smile. Vance smirked back at him. Bruce's smile widened a bit more before he turned back away from him.

2:56pm. 4 minutes left of class. Vance continued staring at Bruce.

2:57pm. 3 minutes left of class. Vance could see Bruce writing something down on a piece of paper before folding it into a tiny paper airplane.

2:58 pm. 2 minutes left of class. The small paper airplane landed on Vance's desk. Vance unfolded it. Inside was a message.

You should fix your staring problem. Some people find it rude.

Xoxo
Bruce

Well, if that wasn't the most confusing thing Vance ever read. Vance looked back up to see Bruce looking at him. Bruce gave him another blinding smile. Vance didn't smile back this time.

2:59pm. 1 minute left of class. Vance say there pondering. Who knew 11 words could be so confusing? Not that it was really the words that where confusing, no, it was the little "xoxo" and Bruce's smile that made it confusing. Bruce didn't seem to mind Vance's staring, hell, Bruce stared back. Maybe it was a lame attempts at flirting? Vance rolled his eyes at the thought. No way would Pretty Boy Bruce Yamada want to flirt with him of all people.

3:00pm. 0 minutes left of class. The bell rang loudly throughout the classroom signaling the school day was over. Vance quickly stuffed everything into his backpack so he could talk to Bruce but once he had all of his stuff put together Bruce was nowhere to be found. Vance sighed. He guessed he could just talk to Bruce tomorrow, no doubt the other boy was already on the way to baseball.
