STORY/BACKGROUND
- Devil Boy is another one of Vought's creation, but under the mask is a young man called YN LN. His mother died after giving birth to him, and his father blames him for her death.
- His father was so mad that he even thought about killing the baby. But before he could do something he would regret, he gave YN to adoption. After two weeks, a scientist that works for Vought was looking for a baby to start their experiment and create a "superhero".
- YN caught the scientist attention by just being barely a month old. YN was the only project being created with a different serum called Compound V-X. Only one was created and YN was the perfect test subject. Vought found out that the only way of activating his powers, was by inflicting pain.
- They torture and trained him every day with Hand to hand combat, swords, guns, how to fly, how to control his strength and his super speed. A complete killing machine.
- The scientists had discovered he has a healing factor and how he wasn't screaming in pain anymore. Somehow The scientists managed to keep this project between their small group. Only Stan knew who YN was.
- Years later he joined the seven as a mystery to everyone. Vought gave him the life he never had. Parties, money, girls, sex, drugs and other stuff. But something he learned on his own. Was how much of a difference he can make by helping people, doing the right thing. He knows what's right and what's wrong.
- As the years passed, he noticed how Vought never cared about people unless it would benefit them. He went to Madelyn to talk about his departure from the Seven and Vought.
- She knew he had a good heart and one day he would find out how the business work. Knowing he can't be harmed by anything, including Homelander, she made a deal with him. He leaves and he doesn't tell anyone what he saw or heard in there.
- After leaving Vought, a supe called Lamplighter joined the seven. YN lived a peaceful life, saving people without using much of his powers and still keeping his identity a secret. Everything was going well until he met The Boys...
