"Ivy" Anna yelled and ran over towards Ivy who immediately fell from the last stair hitting her head on the floor.
Two security men ran over there with Anna crying amd starring at unconscious Ivy.
"Ivy I am so sorry for leaving you all by yourself" Anna cried shaking Ivy.
"Call the ambulance she is injured and bleeding already" one of the two security men told his colleague.
Anna smelt a familiar cologne. Jayden! She turned only to find him few distances away.
"Sir jayden" She yelled. The guy looked at her and walked nearer with his sister drawing nearer too.
"Ivy--She's---"
"Is she my responsibility or yours? Tell me" he yelled, shocking Anna.
The ambulance arrived sooner with Anna standing there shocked.
....
"The new girl hasn't talked for two weeks, is she dumb or what?" some girl asked as Ivy entered the classroom with her backpack.
She was about getting to her seat when someone made her trip by putting his leg in the way.
"Ha! She fell. what a weakling" the boy said laughing.
"Ivy come on talk to us, are you a snob or dumb? proving too rich? we are rich too"
"She looks like she was adopted. I heard her brother despises her. The guy made her trek to school."
"Maybe she is a maid"
"Yh she is a maid" a voice said bringing them to where it came from.
"Jayden"
"Maid?"
"She is a maid and you are a maid as well since a maid knows its kind"
"I am not a maid"
"And she is not a maid too. Get that into your thick skull" Jayden yelled bringing Ivy up.
She had been quiet all along and just few tears dripped down to her cheek.
Ellie got into the class and laughed
"Brother, she is the dumb girl I told you about"
"Do not insult her anymore just because you were born with the privillege of talking"
From that day henceforth, Ivy found a friend in Jayden but who knew these two could fall in love?
that fateful day
"Jayden, what do u mean u are travelling out of the country. I will miss you pls" Ivy cried.
"I will not come back again"
"No! We are not gonna be apart you promised that"
"Try to understand the situation"
"please do not leave me forever. I can bear weeks or months or even a year or two years"

Anna joined in the ambulance van and off they went to the hospital
The doctor checked Ivy while Anna tried to contact Ivy's mom.
"Why take her to the hospital? let her die and I will be free from her holding my womb"
"madam she is still ur daughter.."
"Daughter my foot..."
