Dongmin's POV

~Next day~

I'm heading to the grocery store, it's near the hotel.

A 10-minute walk

I decided to stay in the hotel for more days, as I don't have anything to do yet.

I arrived at the grocery store, I took a cart then walk to each aisle to get what I need that the hotel doesn't have.

Just then on the meat section, I saw Jieun with a guy.. but a different one.

My body react and hide from her sight, then I remembered what happened yesterday.

-Flashback-

The whole day, when we arrived at the restaurant I didn't even saw Jieun's shadow.. is she not at work?

I want to talk to her so badly, I felt like I really need to talk to her but then again I didn't get to see her.

And the saus chef said that their chef suddenly had an emergency, that's why we didn't get to see her.

So after the dinner party, we went on separate ways.

Seung Cheol hyung has something to do, Gayoung told me I can go wherever I want but tell her where, she leaves with no one and told me she's going with someone, Bin also left with his manager and they left me behind.

I look at the time

'7:30'

I went to the place that I always went to if I want to breathe and think things through.

Han River

Yet again, I thought I could breathe and think here.

I arrived there, I saw her I was about to run to her but..

She's with somebody they seem pretty close and I've never seen her smile like that when we met so they seems like they know eachother for so long.

The guy rose up from his seat, fix his clothes and offer his hand for her to stand up.

She took it and stood up, they talk for a minute, the guy laugh, she smiles at him.

After the talking, they both walk side by side and left.

I wore my cap and walk to the railings, I look at where they headed earlier and they are nowhere to be found.

I sigh and look at the river in front of me, looking at the colorful lights, the fountain that led to the river and the bridge that makes a beautiful lights at night.

Is he her boyfriend?

If he is, maybe I should forget about her.. she doesn't even know who I am that might be a good chance to not bother her.

But why do I feel like, I still need to tell her the truth?

-end of flashback-

I spend my time there yesterday, thinking on what I should do.

I decided I need to talk to her, accepts it if she will hate me then move on.. I guess?

I stop on my thoughts then look at where she's at, she's not in the meat section anymore. Now she's in the vegetable section, and the guy she was with earlier...

IS BESIDE ME, ON THE BREAD SECTION PICKING ON THE TWO DIFFERENT BREAD ON HIS HANDS.

"Excuse me, which one is more tastier?"

The boy asked me suddenly, I picked the blue one that I prefered the most.

Then put my hoodie, and look at the other way.

"Thank you!"

He said

I just nodded

"Yahh, Yang Jeongin what's taking so long?"

Jieun...

"Ohh noona, sorry I just had a hard time picking a bread they both look tasty--"

"So you had to ask someone on their opinion? I swear, Changbin will scold you didn't you remember what he said you should decide on your own, taste it and you can tell which one is tastier."

"Yes noona, can I get both?"

"Sure, come on."

Then I heard they both leave

I noticed I stopped breathing for a second

I went to get what I need and found them, they were about to leave as 'Jeongin' holds the 2 big tote bags and Jieun holds 1 paper bag then they left.

I went to the cashier, wait for my turn and payed then I leave.

I put my groceries on the back of my car, then I open the passenger seat.

I texted Gayoung that I'm going to Jieun's restaurant and I'm going to talk to her.

I put down my phone and looked in front to start my engine..

Everything went fast, I can't open my eyes.

I tried to open it but all I can see is blurry and little bit dark.

My hands reach for my eyes, is this tears?

No...

Its way more thicker than tears..

Blood?

Then I felt sting on my eyes when I squeezed it shut

"ARGHH!! ITS HURTS!! WHY?!"

I screamed in pain

Then I heard screams from outside

"Who did that?!"

"There's a boy inside!"

"I saw it, there's a guy, who suddenly throw a brick on his car, then immediately run!"

"Call an ambulance! His eyes are bleeding!"

I heard different voices screaming

I kept screaming in pain

I heard my phone ringing but I can't get a hold of it as I can't even open my eyes.

Minutes later, I heard an ambulance. They open my car on my side.

"Sir, are you injured anywhere?"

"My eyes, my eyes why can't I open them?! Help me please..."

I asked in panic

"We got you sir "

That's the only thing they said, they took my hands and guide me because I can't even see.

Am I going blind?
