22-09-26 Author's note.
Hey, you guys! :)
I actually forgot that this story exists because I was busy with life. :D I just remembered to check on this the other day, hence the late update.
Anyway, I decided to make this into a novel for Daerin's/Danirin's babies. :) I had to reimagine the story and now I have a new plot in mind. As a result I made changes on the previous part/chapter (which became the prologue of the book). I suggest reading it again so that you won't get confused in the future regarding their personalities. :)

-----3rd Person POV.
The man from the radio news program earlier said that citizens should be able to travel safely this weekend because the weather will be 'good'. However, the rain was pouring at 3pm on a Friday. The administration of the school where the 3rd-grader Haerin attended to, decided to end the classes two hours early as it looked like there was an unexpected storm coming... or so they thought.
Children left the school grounds with their parents. Haerin saw her schoolmates leave one by one, until she realized she was the only child left waiting for her mother to come pick her up by the waiting shed outside their school.
She began crying. The sound of rain was so loud that no one could hear her little sobs. Their family moved to the province a week ago so even if she wanted to walk home alone, she couldn't because she wasn't familiar with the place yet. So she just cried instead.
A few minutes later, a white car stopped in front of her. She stepped away from the car as she thought she was going to be kidnapped like what she saw in the movies.
"Stop! You're gonna get sick."
A girl stepped outside the vehicle with an umbrella. She was followed by a boy. Both of them are of the same age as Haerin.
Haerin felt the cold droplets of rain on her head. She didn't realize that she was out of the waiting shed as she just focused on stepping away from the car.
The girl ran to her and pulled her back inside the shed.
"Why did you do that? You're gonna get sick." The girl asked.
It took a few seconds for Haerin to process what's happening. It was the first time someone actually spoke to her in her new school besides her teachers because her classmates thought she looked intimidating due to her narrow eyes. Add that to the fact that she's a shy girl, so she also haven't talked that much since she transferred.
"I thought you're one of the bad guys in the movies." Haerin answered with a cute sad voice.
"Oh no, we are not kidnappers, we're just kids." The girl said.
