Confronting the boss, Vanessa and Kai Advances!

Raiden's POV

It's now beginning to go into the afternoon as I walked down the central of GreenVille, Clyde had asked me to come in, but I don't know what for.

It must be something important since he called me rather early than usual, I wonder if he found out some information about Blue.

I got to the Guild and went straight to Clyde's office, "Hey Clyde I'm here, what did you want to talk about?" I asked, entering the room.

He looked up from his desk and greeted me, "Welcome Raiden, I would like to talk to you about something, so have a seat." He said, pointing his wings to the chair in front of the desk.

As told, I went to the chair and sat down in front of the desk, "So what's sup?" I asked concerned.

"I wanted to talk to you about Blue actually, I think it's best if you and Vanessa travel around with him until the situation is solved... I think you two can learn a lot from him honestly." He announced.

"What does he mean by this?" I thought to myself.

"In other words.. Raiden, I will be temporarily dismissing you two so you don't have to focus on Cloud 9 and I want you to grow stronger, not for us but for yourselves." He added.

"But my goal is to become the strongest in this guild, aren't I doing good as of now?!" I asked without hesitation.

"Yes Raiden, you're doing very well in that, but let me ask you this. If you accomplish your goal in the future, then what will be your next goal?" He calmly asked me.

This made me think, I never really thought that far other than the current goal...

"I-I would uhh I... don't know sir..." I said in response.

"How would you get your name out there from just working in the Guild? How could you become stronger without knowing what the real world is like Raiden?" More questions came.

...

I couldn't answer those questions, I didn't have any answers for them and if I did.. they wouldn't be solid answers...

"You're still young, you, Vanessa and Blue have yet to experience this world, especially Blue since he's now here without his own consent. Take this time to find what you really want to do Raiden, there's a whole world out there that hasn't been explored yet." Clyde lectured.

What I really want to do...

"How come you're telling me this now?" I asked.

Clyde smiled, "Because I never had a good reason to, but seeing that Glaceon made it clear... Something about that kid emits a special thing about him, but I can't figure out what it is. Maybe you two will be able to find out just for yourselves." Clyde explained.

"Where are they now, I haven't seen them all day." I asked Clyde.

Clyde closed his eyes.

"Seems like they're in Maryway Village." He said confidently.

"How'd you know, did they tell you they were heading there?" I asked wondering how he knew.

He opened his eyes and looked at me.

"Nah they didn't tell me anything, I can just sense their presence is all. It's all good anyways, seems like there's trouble over there in the south anyways, I'll just let them handle it, besides with blue there, they should be fine against their leader." Clyde mentioned.

"The leader?" I asked as I was curious of who this gang was.

"Morgan, he's known as Strong arm Morgan because of how wicked his physical attacks can be, an Ursaring who leads a group of bandits and has a bounty of a Hundred thousand Poke..." Clyde informed.
