Restraining order

I woke up from my nap and didn't see Preston
I got up and went to go look for him and seen Payton
I could hear the boys talking about me from downstairs
"Hi twinnie are you ok" he says hugging me as I nod
"What happened why did u cry" He says
"I can't tell" I say sitting on the steps
"Of course u can tell" he says
"No I can't" I say
"Please brothers are worried" he says
"Fine but you can't tell anyone" I say as he nods
"Did you see the new math teacher for first grade" I say as he shakes his head
"Noo why" he says
"It's Katherine" I say as his jaw drops
"Why didn't you tell someone" he says!
"I thought i saw her following us around but I wasn't sure!!!"
I look at him eye wide, shocked by his reaction
"Don't yell at me Payton!" I say
"Im telling!" He yells
"No no no!" I yell back as he runs downstairs and I run after him
"PAYTON STOP" I cry and his eyes soften
"Mommy wasn't nice she left me all alone! She's not aloud near us anymore!" He yells
I guess this was a touchy subject for him.
"Im telling on you!" He says running into the living room where the boys were
"PAYTON STOP UR SUCH A TATTLE TALE" I say running after him
He runs into the room and I keep running after him
"Woah whats going on!" Parker says being the first to notice
"PRESLEYS KEEPING SECRETS" he yells running from me
"What secrets!?" Percy says
"DONT RAT ME OUT DUMBY" I say chasing him still
"Stop chasing him thats enough!" Percy says
"UR THE DUMBY" he says
"NO U" I say running after him
"ENOUGH" Preston yells
He never yells......dang
"Now what happened" he says walking us over to the couch
I start to tear up
"Presley's new teacher is our old mommy and she wasn't gonna tell anyone" he says angrily
"Wait what!!!" Percy says
"Payton im never telling you anymore secrets!" I say as my eyes get teary
"WHY DID U NOT SAY ANYTHING!" Pierce snaps, he's not exactly the calm type.
"BECAUSE SHE SAID SHE WOULD HURT ME" I say as his eyes immediately soften
"OH HELL TO NO"
"YOU BET UR ASS SHES NOT".
"WHEN WAS THIS"
I hear them all yell and I start to cry more I run upstairs to my room
I keep running upstairs and i can hear them yelling to come back
I slam my door shut and sit on my bed crying
"Just let her calm down" i hear Preston say from outside my door
"Fine... go ask Payton if he knows anything else" I hear Percy say

A while later they walk into my room
"Hey baby girl wanna talk to me about what happened" he says as I sigh
"W-well she said everything is my fault and that she didn't want me because im a girl" I say sniffling
"Nothing ur fault and we want you baby we love u ok? Please never think otherwise ok?" He says
"Do i have to go to school tmmrw?"
"No not tomorrow not until this goes away and she gets fired" he says
"Im gonna get a restraining order ok babe?" He says
"Whats a resting order" I say
"Its a Restraining order baby, she wont be aloud near you or any of us ok?" He says as I nod

"Ok kiddo lets get u to bed" he says as he picks out some pyjamas
"Fineeeee" I say
After putting on pyjamas I jump in bed and ask Percy to stay with me until i fall asleep
"Goodnight Percy"
"Goodnight love" he says

The next morning
Today me and Payton are going to Percy's work since were not going to school
He wants to a get a restraining order
Were at Percy's desk i wanted to play with the tablet and He pulled it away from me
Jeez him and his tablet.
"Percy he wont share" I say
"U don't share your toys with me" He say
"Yes i do" I say
"No you dont" he says
"Fine have fun playing with makeup and dolls!" I say sticking out my tounge

"Stop you two now, people are trying to work"  he says using his low scary voice
"Pres we have some stuff to take care of ok come with me and Payton you need to learn to share" he says
"Do i have to come" I say
"Yes you do, Xander and Atlas are there" he says
"Okay fine" I say making grabby hands for him as he asks janelle to watch Payton.
"Bye guys" Payton says as we wave at him

"XANDER ATLAS" I say as Pierce puts me down and I run up to them and hug them
They hug me back and talk to me about my day
I tell them about the smoothie bowl i had for breakfast I love smoothie bowls
"Other then that my day was pretty boring"  I say
"Well im sure u will do something later" Xander says and I look at Percy
"Ur going to a birthday party in a couple days for ur friend Henry kiddo remember at the waterpark?" He says as I gasp nod and jump up and down.
Eventually after a bit more of small talk we get down to it.
"So kiddo tell me everything that happened"
"Well she threatened me and told me everything was my fault and she said she and dad wanted to hurt me, I don't even know them why is it my fault" I say letting tears fall
"Thats terrible honey I told you its not ur fault" Percy says
"Did she touch you or hurt you" Atlas said
"She squeezed my wrist pretty hard but that was it" I say
"Thats what thats from?!!" Percy says as I nod
"Sweetie why didn't you tell me I thought u said u fell" he says
"Sorry" I say as he sighs and rubs his temple
I start crying and he picks me up "no no dont cry its ok Im not mad" he says
"Everyones mad at me cuz i didn't tell you" I say
"Nobody is mad sweetie" he says rubbing my back
"But its my fault" I say as I start hyperventilating again
"Hey hey calm down" he says and Atlas come and brings me some water
I keep crying and cling onto Percy
"Don't leave me alone please"
"I wont honey" he says hugging me
Eventually I stop crying and I drink the water Atlas gave me.
"Sorry the panic attacks been happening alot latley thats why i wanna get this solved" Percy says as the boys nod and give me a sorry look.

"Pres are you ready to talk about it more, you don't have to if u don't want to" Percy says
I nod "well after that she just yelled at me whenever I tried to get up when she made me have a detention at recess" I say as they nod and write stuff
"Is that all" Xander said
"Yes" I say as they nod
Percy gives me his phone and they talk about what there gonna do I was trying to ease drop but got distracted by the phone.

Percy talked to the boys and told them how Payton said she thought they were following them but wasn't sure but she didn't hear that part.

All I heard was "there won't be enough to arrest her but you can get a restraining order out by tonight" I think it was Atlas
"Can we go home Percy" I say
"Yes, were done now, kiddo good job were gonna go get some ice cream ok say bye" Percy said as I give them a hug
The boys say see ya later to us and we leave

We went and got some ice cream and went home. Me and Payton played outside in the tree house parker built us but that was it.
That was are day
